Google Ads and Meta Ads spend, plus CallRail and WhatConverts leads, now begin at 1 January 2026. Earlier marketing history is no longer reported.
The Lead Manager gets two new columns — Lead Type and Converted — plus the ability to choose which columns you see and to filter right from the column headers. We've also made the definition of a "converted" lead clearer and more consistent across the platform.
You can now sort the Lead Manager table by Lead Type, Converted, and Last Contact — the three columns that were previously view-only.
Leads from Facebook and Instagram lead forms now show which ad campaign brought them in, right in the Campaign column of the Lead Manager.
Website leads that came from a Google paid search ad now show which campaign brought them in, right in the Campaign column of the Lead Manager.
We fixed two issues affecting leads that come in through a website form.
New-lead notification emails now go out only when your salon has Marketing turned on — in addition to the existing per-person opt-in. If Marketing isn't enabled for your salon, no one there receives lead emails, even if their own toggle is on.
The "New lead" notification email your team receives now renders in your own brand's colors — not a fixed purple for everyone.
Every lead is now labelled with the real marketing channel that brought them in — Google Paid Search, Google Business Profile, Facebook / Instagram, and more — instead of a generic "web form." And when the same person reaches out more than once, we keep them as one complete lead instead of scattered half-records.
