Call Log is no longer an all-salons report, and Member Report is no longer limited to one location. Both reports now let you select multiple franchise systems and locations from the choices available to your account.
Both Member Services columns on the Member Report have shown 0 for every member since launch. Nothing you did caused this, and no other report was affected. They now show real counts.

The Member Report now splits qualifying activity into two clear columns — Member Services Completed (behind them) and Member Services Scheduled (ahead of them) — so you can see at a glance which members are on track and which need a nudge.
