One contact log for calls, texts, and notes

Calling clients to get them back in the chair only works if the whole team can see who's already been called. Contact logging is now built into Call to Rebook and the client profile, so every attempt — and every outcome — is in one place.

Log your Call to Rebook attempts

Every client row in Call to Rebook now has a Contact column. Click it to log a call, text, or email — pick an outcome (Reached, Left voicemail, No answer, Booked, and more) and add a note. The row then shows the last attempt at a glance, so anyone on the desk can see who's been called without asking around. Attempts are tracked per rebook campaign, so a client who shows up in more than one campaign keeps a separate history for each.

"POS Notes" — now labeled for what it is

The column that used to say Notes on these tables is now POS Notes. Nothing about it changed — it's still a read-only view of the client notes synced over from your point-of-sale system, and it was never something you could type into here. The new label just makes that clear, so it doesn't get mistaken for a place to log a call.

Contact history on the client profile

The client profile now has tabs instead of everything living on one page. Contact history brings every logged contact for that client into a single timeline: Call to Rebook attempts, declined-autopay outreach, and general notes, all in the order they happened. A + Log contact button on the tab lets you record a new contact right from the profile, without hunting for the table it originally came from.

One dialog everywhere

Logging a contact now looks the same wherever you are:

  • Declined Autopays uses the same Log Contact dialog instead of its old Outreach & Notes popup — with a Resolved — payment fixed outcome that marks the row paid, that decline's recent activity right in the dialog, and a Clear outreach history reset if something was logged in error.
  • Wait List entries with a linked client record get a Log contact action.

However a client is reached — a rebook call, a billing follow-up, or a wait-list heads-up — it all lands in the same place on their profile.
