Wait List now defers to your booking system's own waitlist

Locations running on Zenoti already have a waitlist inside Zenoti. Salon360's own Wait List tab no longer appears for them, so the front desk keeps one list instead of two. Nothing changes for Lash Lounge (MindBody) locations — the Wait List works exactly as before.

  • The Wait List tab and sidebar link are hidden at Zenoti locations.
  • The Wait list queue no longer appears in the Outreach Center for those locations.
  • Anyone typing the Wait List address directly is returned to the Front Desk dashboard.
