Web-form leads now show their Google campaign in Lead Manager
Website leads that came from a Google paid search ad now show which campaign brought them in, right in the Campaign column of the Lead Manager.
What changed
Previously, many web-form leads from Google Ads showed a blank Campaign (a dash, —) even though salon360 already knew which campaign it was — the Lead Manager just wasn't displaying it. That resolved campaign name now flows through to the board.
The fix is display-only, so it applies to your existing Google web-form leads as well as new ones — no re-import or waiting required.
What you'll see
Open the Lead Manager and look at the Campaign column. Web-form leads from Google paid search now display the name of the campaign they came from, making it easy to see which ads are actually generating inquiries.
A few things to expect:
- Ad column stays blank (—) for these leads. Web forms capture the campaign, but not the individual ad, so there's no ad name to show.
- Some leads still show a dash in Campaign, and that's expected:
- Organic / direct leads — someone who filled out a form without coming from a paid ad has no campaign to show.
- Non-Google web forms — leads from other channels are tracked through their own sources.
These changes are automatic. No action is needed on your part.
