Appointments for Zenoti salons now update through the day, not overnight

For salons on Zenoti, booked and completed appointments now reach salon360 within minutes instead of waiting for the overnight refresh.

What this means day to day​

  • Book an appointment in Zenoti, and it shows up in salon360 within minutes — on pages that show what's coming up, like Today's Appointments and a client's next-booking status.

    Cancellations and no-shows still arrive with the overnight refresh, so a cancelled appointment may stay on the day's list until the next morning.

  • Close out a ticket in Zenoti, and the appointment is marked complete within minutes too — so a client's visit history and their next-appointment status are current the same day.

    Dashboard and report totals — including Total Visits, per-stylist visits and serviced hours — still update on the overnight refresh, as they do today.

  • On the marketing side, conversion is still recalculated once a day, so a lead's Converted status updates on the usual daily cycle.

Nothing about what counts as a booking or a completed visit has changed — only how quickly it shows up.
