Zenoti brands: dashboard numbers now match Zenoti's reports

For salons that run on Zenoti (Frenchies, Bishops), the numbers in salon360 now match Zenoti's own reports. Lash Lounge locations are not affected.

  • Rebooking % now matches the figure in Zenoti's reports.
  • Service and retail revenue are shown without tax, the way Zenoti reports them.
  • No-shows are counted the way Zenoti counts them.
  • Utilization is based on the schedule posted in Zenoti, minus lunches, meetings and other blocked-out time.

The Rebooking % and Utilization definition pages have been updated to match.
