Zenoti reporting: source corrections and removed records
Zenoti reporting now applies confirmed removals from delivered schedule updates, including updates that contain only removals. Superseded shifts no longer reappear when their latest version is removed.
These corrections cover scheduled shifts, scheduled blocks and actual clock records, along with appointments, sales, payments, recurring billing, membership history and guest merges. Reporting queries also exclude confirmed superseded source records. Later replacements are retained, and ambiguous source updates remain flagged for review. Paid-hour calculation rules are unchanged; Frenchies utilization now follows Zenoti's own definition on top of the corrected schedule state (see the Frenchies reporting note).
When a failed billing record is withdrawn by the source, its outreach notes and resolution history are archived rather than discarded or marked as a successful payment. Historical reporting periods affected by confirmed corrections are queued for recalculation. Source records whose removal identity cannot be verified remain flagged and retained.
With these corrections in place, every employee at the Frenchies locations checked matched the August Nail It export at the displayed precision on all implemented columns. Underlying fractional-cent and rounding differences remain documented in the reconciliation. This update cannot recreate time-clock punches that were never recorded at the source.
