The Sales Dashboard can now show Revenue, what was sold, beside Collections, money taken in, for every salon, and Monthly Salon Metrics counts no-show and cancellation fees in its own column. Frenchies studios get Monthly Studio Metrics, Frenchies collections leave out sales tax, Net Member Change counts members coming back from a pause, and the Corporate Dashboard keeps your view when you reload.

What's in this release

For salons

Monthly Studio Metrics for Frenchies. Frenchies studios now have the monthly metrics report, in Studio Reports: revenue split, last year and year over year, visitors, retail %, productivity and stylist count by quarter, month and day. Its Total Revenue is the same figure as Total Revenue on your Zenoti KPI report.

No-Show & Cancellation Fees column on Monthly Shop Metrics (Bishops) and Monthly Studio Metrics (Frenchies). The charges a guest pays for missing an appointment or cancelling it late now show in their own column and count in Total Revenue, so the total matches the Zenoti KPI report. Service Revenue is unchanged; totals for past months move up by the fees.

Revenue on the Sales Dashboard and Monthly Salon Metrics for The Lash Lounge. The Show: Collections | Revenue switch now appears for Lash Lounge salons too, with the same definition as Bishops and Frenchies: services on the day they were performed, retail on the day it was sold, plus no-show and cancellation fees. Monthly Salon Metrics gains a No-Show & Cancellation Fees column and counts those charges in Total Revenue, so its total is the same figure as Revenue on the dashboard; past months move up by the fees. A member of another salon served at yours now counts at the value of the credit they used. Revenue for Lash Lounge salons is built overnight; the caption under the controls says the date it is complete through, and the day card says the data is delayed one day by MindBody's daily update rather than showing a day with nothing in it yet. For every salon with the switch, Compare set to Goals now shows Collections and sets the switch aside, because monthly goals are collections targets; it comes back with Month over Month or Year over Year.

Collections or Revenue on the Sales Dashboard (Frenchies and Bishops). A new Show: Collections | Revenue switch in Salon Health lets you read the sales bars, Sales — Year Over Year and Average Sales by Day of Month as money taken in (Collections, the default and unchanged) or as what was sold (Revenue). Revenue is services and retail on the day they were performed or sold plus no-show and cancellation fees, the same figure as Total Revenue on your KPI report. Goals keep grading collections. See the Sales Dashboard guide.

For corporate teams

Frenchies: sales tax left out of collections. Collections for Frenchies studios no longer include sales tax, the same as Bishops and The Lash Lounge. This changes the sales bars, the Month-to-Date Sales card, Sales — Year Over Year and Average Sales by Day of Month on the Sales Dashboard (with Show set to Collections), goals, Franchise Performance, Roll Up Sales, Systemwide Data, Weekly PE Summary, Budget vs Actual, Lifetime Spend on the Member Report, and campaign spend and collections figures. Frenchies figures read lower by the sales tax collected, including past months. To compare with Zenoti, use the Sales - Cash report with open and closed invoices, totalling Sales Collected (Exc.Tax); see Comparing with Zenoti for the payment types counted.

Revenue / Stylist Hour, Frenchies: a dash when the hours are not on record. When a period includes sales from before a studio's first clocked shift, Revenue / Stylist Hour shows — instead of a figure that would read far too high, on Monthly Studio Metrics, Systemwide Data, the Sales Dashboard and the End-of-Day Summary. This is the rule Bishops shops already have. A studio whose clocked hours are not on record for part of a period sees the dash for that period; for a current month this is rare, for a year-to-date range it is common.

Member Report, Frenchies: Member Services Completed counts closed invoices only. A redeemed service now counts on the day its invoice closed, the same rule as the Membership redeemed figure on the Zenoti Business KPI report, so the column no longer includes services on invoices that are still open or voided, and a refunded service that kept its membership credit still counts.

Corporate Dashboard keeps your view when you reload. The franchise system you picked, Locations or Owners, the total or per-location-day view, the label filter and the search now stay put when you reload the page, along with the reporting date. Copy the page's link to share exactly what you're looking at. See Franchise Performance.

For platform admins

Fixes

Net Member Change now counts members returning from a pause (The Lash Lounge). A member who came back from a pause wasn't being added back, so a salon could show a loss in a month it actually grew. The figure on the Sales Dashboard, Front Desk, the End-of-Day Summary, Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics now adds them back, and the dashboard, Front Desk and the email show the count. A member who terminates while still on a pause from an earlier month is no longer subtracted twice; they still appear in Terminations. Past periods on the reports change too. See how it's defined.

Corporate Dashboard: owners of a single location are shown as owners in the opened row and the export. Opening the row of an owner who has one location used to say no owner mapping for this franchise system yet, and the CSV export marked them Attributed to an owner: No, even though the row is named after them. The opened row now lists their location like any owner's, and the export says Yes. Only a location with no owner on record says so.

Seven Frenchies studios show their own budget again. On the Corporate Dashboard, Budget vs Actual, and Weekly PE Summary when filtered to particular studios, Franklin, Winston-Salem, San Antonio, New Braunfels, Ventura, Charlotte - South End and Lakeway were each showing another studio's budget, so their variance to budget was wrong. For example, Franklin showed a large beat because it was being compared with a budget that stopped at the end of March. The Frenchies total was not affected.

The Total row on Monthly Salon Metrics stays in view. On a desktop or tablet the table scrolls inside its box, and the Total row at the bottom could be cut off or out of sight until you scrolled the table itself. It now stays pinned at the bottom of the table, in line with the column headers at the top. The definitions under the table are folded away under Definitions; click to open them. On a phone the Period column is narrower so more of the figures show.

Update, November 5

These changes went live after the release above.

For salons

Google Ads funnel reads as a share of the step above. On Marketing > Google Ads, the funnel used to show each step with a red down arrow, for example ▼ 90.58% on Clicks, which looked like a drop from an earlier period. Each step now shows its share of the step above in plain text, for example 9.4% of impressions for Clicks, the same layout as the Meta Ads funnel. The figures themselves are unchanged. See Trend & funnel.

Lead Manager: choose how many rows to show. On Marketing > Lead Manager, a Rows per page menu at the bottom of the table shows 25, 50, 100 or 250 leads and online bookings per page, and the page remembers your choice. See Lead Manager.

Lead Manager clean-up. On Marketing > Lead Manager: Today, This Week and the other quick ranges now use your own calendar day, so in the evening Today no longer jumps to tomorrow and shows no leads. Changing the date range returns you to the first page. Online Bookings counts bookings and waitlist requests, and leaves out bookings the guest cancelled online (shown underneath). A phone call with no caller name shows the phone number instead of "Unknown". The Filtered tile appears only while a filter is on, Last Contact is left out when no lead in the range has one, and an empty range shows — for Conversion Rate. See Lead Manager.

Lead Manager: leads and online bookings in separate views. On Marketing > Lead Manager, a Leads | Online bookings switch above the table shows one or the other, instead of mixing bookings into the lead list. The bookings view has its own columns (Service, Stylist, Appointment, Booked On, Status and First Visit), a Status filter and its own CSV export. Click the Online Bookings tile to jump to it. See Online bookings.

Meta Ads and Google Ads: clearer numbers. On Marketing > Meta Ads and Marketing > Google Ads:

CAC shows — for a campaign with no converted clients, instead of $0.00.

Rates and costs show — for a date range with no activity, instead of $0.00 or 0.00%.

On a date range longer than 60 days, the Hour of day chart shows the last 60 days of the range, labelled Last 60 days, instead of an error. A section that cannot load says so in plain words.

The Platform and Network donuts give every platform its own colour, so no two slices look the same in any salon's colours.

Hour of day: point to or tap an hour to see its impressions, spend and clicks.

Google Ads: the Trend line for Cost / Conv breaks on days with no conversions instead of dropping to $0, its 7-day average is total spend ÷ total conversions, and today is left off the daily view until its numbers are complete.

Full-Funnel ROAS: a lead whose ad link carries a mistyped campaign number is now matched to its campaign by name, so it counts under that campaign instead of Unattributed. A return below 0.1× shows two decimals (for example 0.04×) instead of 0.0×. The note under the table explains that unattributed leads are mostly phone calls where the call tracking didn't record which campaign.

Meta Ads: ads Meta hasn't ranked yet show Not rated instead of Below avg. The funnel compares Leads with link clicks, because instant-form leads never visit a landing page. Reach explains that it is added up day by day, and the frequency figure is removed. The Clicks tile is Clicks (all), with link clicks underneath. The campaign table labels Leads (Meta) and Converted (our records). The creative leaderboard adds New Leads and a real cost per new lead, and shows the top 15 with Show all. The placement and device breakdowns drop columns that never had data. See Meta Ads.

Google Ads: conversions are whole numbers everywhere. Conv Value is labelled Conv Value (Google), a value set in Google Ads and not your sales. The campaign table explains the unattributed row. The age and gender coverage note no longer shows a warning. See Google Ads.

What's in this release

For salons

Salons that share advertising now show together on the marketing pages. On Marketing Health, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Lead Manager, a salon that advertises with other salons shows the whole group's ad spend, leads, sales and results combined, with a note at the top naming the salons. Lead Manager adds a Salon column. In Salon Performance by Marketing Partner the group is one row.

Marketing Health → Collections & ROAS: the Blended CAC and Blended ROAS tiles now say what the letters stand for, customer acquisition cost (ad spend ÷ converted clients) and return on ad spend (collections ÷ ad spend). Hover a CAC or ROAS column heading in the tables, or the ⓘ on the ROAS tile in Salon Performance by Marketing Partner, for the same definition. See Marketing Health.

Marketing Health now tells you when Meta Ads, Meta lead forms, Google Ads or call tracking isn't updating or isn't connected for your salon. A notice at the top of the page names the source; results from it may read low until it's fixed, and your administrator has the details. See When a source needs attention.

Settings → Corporate Settings → Integrations is now a set of cards, like Franchise Management. Meta Lead Ads lists every salon with its Facebook page, whether lead-form ads are running, when the last lead arrived, and a status: Losing leads when lead-form ads run on a page that isn't connected, Needs reconnecting, Not connected or Connected. Connecting is on the same page: sign in with Facebook as a page admin and every page DART can match to a salon connects automatically; only unmatched pages need a salon chosen. See Meta Lead Ads.

For corporate teams

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner → Not connected column: each location's row names the marketing sources it is missing for the month (Google Ads, Meta or call tracking), so you can see which locations' spend and ROAS leave a source out. The sentence above the table still gives the counts. The column is in the Excel export too. The Sources filter matches it: Missing a source shows those locations and Fully connected the rest. Before, its Not connected option showed only locations with no source connected at all. See Columns.

Fixes

Corporate Dashboard: with one franchise system selected and the view set to owners, an owner whose locations all opened after the start of last year now shows New/Ramp, as it does with all systems selected. It showed Outperforming, because a part-year start was being compared with a full year. See Franchise Performance.

Corporate Dashboard → Var to Budget by owner: an owner's variance now counts only their locations that have a budget. Before, sales at a location with no budget counted as beating budget, and an owner with no budget at all showed their whole collections as a beat against a $0 target. Those owners now show a dash, and an owner with both kinds of location shows the variance of the budgeted ones, which can be lower than before. See Franchise Performance.

Corporate Dashboard → budget row at the foot of the table: in the Owners view, the row for planned openings also carries the budget of locations with no owner on record. It now shows their collections and variance too, and its name says they are included. It used to treat them as if they had taken nothing, so its variance read too low.

Corporate Dashboard → ranked lists: selecting a row now shows only that row in the detail table. A name that is part of another location's name, such as Franklin and The Lash Lounge Franklin - South, used to bring up both.

Corporate Dashboard → "not producing" line under Biggest shortfall to budget: selecting it now shows the locations it counts, the ones that are not producing and have a year-to-date budget. It used to show every location that is not producing.

Front Desk → POS notes (Zenoti salons): appointment notes that Zenoti cuts short no longer show stray codes such as %E2%80 or %2 at the end. The note reads up to where Zenoti cut it.

Hotfix, October 29, 2026

For corporate teams

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner → Not connected or not updating column: the column formerly called Not connected also names a source that is connected but isn't updating, such as call tracking that stopped or a Meta ad account that is no longer active, from the month it stopped. Each source is marked (not connected) or (not updating), and Meta lead forms is listed on its own. These are the same sources the Marketing Health notice lists. The Sources filter follows it: Not connected or not updating and Connected and updating. The column is in the Excel export too. See Columns.

Marketing partner emails can't be added as staff. In Settings → Salon Settings → Staff, adding someone, or changing a staff member's email, to an email that is a marketing partner's login now stops with a message naming the partner. A marketing partner's login shows only Marketing Analytics for that partner's salons, and a staff login on the same email would cut off that access. Use the person's own email, or ask your corporate office. Adding a user

Lead alerts to the salon's email. Corporate can now send new-lead and online booking emails, and the follow-up reminders for a lead left untouched, to a salon's business email, not only to staff who turned on New Lead Notifications. Open the salon in Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Salon Settings and tick Email new leads to the salon's business email under Lead Alerts. Salon Settings

Corporate Dashboard is now every corporate team member's home page, not only corporate admins'. Choose a salon in the salon switcher to work in that salon. Franchise Performance

Fixes

Memberships deleted in the point of sale now count as cancelled. A membership deleted in MINDBODY, rather than cancelled, used to stay on your member lists as if it were still running. It now ends on the day it was deleted. Member counts can read lower than before, and those members show as Terminated on the Member Report, on the Sales Dashboard and in Systemwide Data. Members

Lead matching ignores deleted guest records. When a lead is matched to a guest by phone or email, guest records deleted in MINDBODY no longer take part. A lead that used to match a deleted duplicate, or that could not be matched because several deleted records shared the same number, can now match the live guest, so conversions and attribution can move in either direction.

Member Report runs faster for large selections. No figures change.

Systemwide Data keeps its column headings in view while you scroll the table.

Hotfix, October 24, 2026

Lead alerts from Facebook and Instagram lead ads follow the same rules as website forms. You get an alert for a new inquiry that arrives within an hour of being sent. Guests who are already booking with you don't trigger one, so a regular who fills in a lead ad no longer shows up in your inbox as a new lead. The lead still appears in the Lead Manager. See Email notifications.

Systemwide Data (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales, and Systemwide (Legacy) in Draft Reports): Autopays Remaining now shows the membership autopays still to run for the rest of this month, from tomorrow through month end, the same figure as the Sales Dashboard's Autopays Remaining tile. It counted only from today to the end of the dates picked, so with the usual month-to-date dates it showed little more than today's autopays. Autopays that ran early are no longer counted twice, and the column was renamed from Autopay Remaining to match the dashboard. Systemwide Data

Signing in when one of your salons has closed: you sign in as usual and see your open salons. Staff with access to several salons could not sign in at all once one of those salons closed, and saw "User not found".

This release adds filters to the Member Report: narrow the list by membership type, by status, to new members only, or to members whose autopay is due in the next 7, 14 or 30 days, with the download and the counts above the table following the filter. Two fixes: 7-Day Appointments at Mindbody salons counts an add-on booked onto an appointment as part of that appointment, and Add staff no longer offers franchisor and corporate team accounts.

Member Report (Salon Reports → Members): filter the list by membership type, by status, to new members only, or to members whose autopay is due in the next 7, 14 or 30 days.

7-Day Appointments (Sales Dashboard, Front Desk Dashboard and the end-of-day owner summary, which also shows tomorrow's bookings) at salons on Mindbody: an add-on booked onto an appointment, such as a stylist upgrade, is now counted as part of that appointment instead of as an appointment of its own, so the count matches the appointments on your book. The count comes down for salons that book add-ons this way. On the day this goes live, the plus-or-minus change beside the count reads Change unavailable until the next morning's opening count. See Front Desk Dashboard.

User Management → Add staff (The Lash Lounge): the list no longer offers franchisor and corporate team accounts. Mindbody keeps these accounts off a salon's staff list, but they were showing up in Add staff as people to add. See User Management.

This release adds two reports for platform staff under Draft Reports, both for The Lash Lounge: the Gift Card Palooza leaderboard for the Holiday Gift Card Sales Challenge, and Guest Retention by Location, which shows month by month how well each location keeps its guests. Zenoti salons can add someone who is set up at another salon in the point of sale system. Three fixes: Marketing Health shows Google-only locations, the Goals per-day amount counts only the days still to come, and Sales by weekday at Zenoti salons counts stylists working away from their home salon.

User Management → Add staff (Zenoti salons): a new Find someone by email box above the list. Zenoti keeps each person at one home salon, so an owner with several salons, or a stylist who works at more than one, could not be added anywhere else before. Enter their work email, click Find, pick the match, set their permissions for this salon, and it appears in their salon picker on their next sign-in. Someone already in the app at another salon is marked as such. Corporate users get the whole franchise in the list instead, with a Home salon column and a search box. See User Management.

For platform admins

Gift Card Palooza (Reports → Draft Reports) is the leaderboard for The Lash Lounge Holiday Gift Card Sales Challenge. One row per open location for the dates you pick (a closed location appears only for a range it sold gift cards in), opening on November 15 – December 31: Gift Cards Sold (what guests paid), Cash / Card (the part paid in cash or by card), Same-Day Use and Own-Account Use (the dollars the contest rules exclude: cards used the same day they were bought, and cards the buyer spent on their own package or account), Contest Sales, Entries (one at $2,000, plus one for every full $1,000 above) and Rank, with tiles for system Contest Sales, qualifying locations and entries, and a CSV download. The Gift Card Report is unchanged. See Gift Card Palooza.

Guest Retention by Location (Reports → Draft Reports) shows how well each Lash Lounge location keeps its guests, month by month: one row per location with Existing Guests, Existing Returned, New Guests and New Returned for every calendar month in the range, a totals line, and a Systemwide block with Retention %, Lost and Lost % for existing guests, new guests and both. It uses the Salon Health Retention card's rule (any stylist, future bookings count), the Retention look-back box from Revenue by Employee, and lists the location's FBC and owner. CSV download included. See Guest Retention by Location.

Fixes

Marketing Analytics → Marketing Health: a location with a Google Ads account but no Meta ad account now shows its Google results. It showed "No ad accounts connected yet" before, even though DART already had its Google Ads results. See Marketing Health.

Sales Dashboard → Goals: the per-day amount still needed ("$1,115/day needed for 15 days") now counts only the days after today. Today's sales are already in the amount sold, so counting today as a day still to come made the figure read low, most of all late in the day. The same applies to /day needed on the Total Visits tile. See Sales Dashboard.

Sales Dashboard → Sales by weekday (Zenoti salons): the 26-week average now counts every stylist who worked at the salon, including a stylist whose home salon in Zenoti is a different location. Days worked away from home were left out before, which read low at salons that share stylists. The daily, monthly and day-of-month sales cards, Average Sales and the reports were never affected.

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner (Reports → Corporate Reports → Marketing): a location whose Meta or Google Ads account has since been closed or put on hold by the ad platform now shows the spend it had in the months it was advertising, on FB Spend / Google Spend, Total Spend, Blended CPL and ROAS (90d). Those months showed a dash before, which made the location's ROAS read far too high. See Salon Performance by Marketing Partner.

True Terminations reads higher. Memberships the salon cancelled and members whose membership simply ran out now count. Members who switch plans or re-sign within 31 days do not.

New Members reads higher. A member whose first sign-up was cancelled in the same month and who then joined properly counts as new.

Active Members for past months reads lower. Only members who paid dues that month and still held a membership at month end count.

Active Members today includes members between memberships whose next one is already signed.

Sales Dashboard, Goals: the per-day amount still needed to hit your collections goal now shows whether you're ahead or behind, not only when you're behind, and matches the end-of-day email: the email's "$1,115 a day for the remaining 15 days" is the dashboard's "$1,115/day needed for 15 days" the next morning. Today counts as a remaining day until it ends, on the collections card and the Total Visits tile. Read more

Sales Dashboard: the Average Stylist Revenue table has a Retention look-back box next to its dates, the same control as on Revenue by Employee. It starts at 90 days; type another number (0 to 365) and click Apply to measure the Retention % columns on a more recent or an older group of guests. A line under the table states the look-back the rows were run with. The Salon Health Retention tile always uses 90 days, and Frenchies' Nail It! table, which has no Retention % columns, has no box (Sales Dashboard).

Online bookings: appointments guests book themselves on your online booking site are listed in Marketing Analytics → Lead Manager labelled Online Booking, with their own tile.

Corporate Dashboard ranked lists rank on dollars: a new Rank by $ | % switch next to Winners | Losers ranks the growth and budget cards on dollars or on percent. It opens on $, so a large location that is down 5% but $500,000 on the year comes ahead of a small one that is down 100% on $12,000. Each row shows the other measure in its caption (Franchise Performance).

Corporate Dashboard detail table shows variance to budget for the month and the year: the table now carries Var % MTD, Var $ MTD, Var % YTD and Var $ YTD, each with its dates under the heading. The Budget column moved into the opened row and the CSV export (Franchise Performance).

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner moves out of Beta into Marketing: it now sits under Corporate Reports → Marketing, alongside Marketing Leads and Franchisee Prospects, and no longer carries the Beta tag. Nothing about running it changed; bookmarks to the report still work, and its Back button returns you to the Marketing section (Corporate Reports).

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner: a new ROAS (90d) column after Collections, with a Blended ROAS (90d) tile and a Blended ROAS (90d) column on the MoM view. It covers the 90 days that end two weeks before the end of the month — the two weeks give each lead time to book and come in before it counts against ad spend — and counts what those leads paid in the first 90 days after they arrived, divided by the ad spend on the same days, so one month compares with another. A month is marked still filling until every lead in its window has had its 90 days. It is the Blended ROAS (First 90d) figure on Marketing Health for the same dates. The window and its status are written out under the table and on the export's Notes sheet (Corporate Reports → Marketing, Salon Performance by Marketing Partner).

Bishops and Frenchies corporate teams: Corporate Reports, Shop Reports, Studio Reports and the Corporate Dashboard are not shown to corporate users of these two systems.
Corporate Dashboard: the Var to Budget tiles and the budget ranked card write their dates the same way as the rest of the page, for example "vs Jan 1 – Oct 15, 2026 YTD budget" (Franchise Performance).

Front Desk Dashboard at Bishops: the Avg Ticket placeholder marked Soon is now a live Avg Revenue per Visit tile, showing this month's average sale per visit across the shop, the same figure as the Sales Dashboard's Salon Health tile, with the month's goal when one is set (Front Desk Dashboard).

Clipboard / Wait List: the link next to the page title now reads Use the classic Wait List, and the classic page's return link reads Back to the Clipboard (Front Desk Utilities → Clipboard / Wait List, Classic Wait List).

For salons

The Wait List is now the Clipboard / Wait List (Front Desk Utilities → Clipboard / Wait List). Your wait list types are now lists in a panel on the left, with the same names and the same people. Each person can have the days and times that work and whether they can come on short notice, and Log call records how each call went and moves them to Booked or Closed. Interest lists collect names for a new service, a promo or gift cards, with an optional end date. You can also search every list for a client, close old entries in one step, and export any list to CSV. Salon admins create, edit and archive lists. Switch to legacy view (next to the page title) keeps the earlier page if you prefer it. See Clipboard / Wait List.

Retention % is now shown for new guests and existing guests separately. The Retention card on the Sales Dashboard gives one figure for guests on their first visit and one for guests who had visited before, so a strong regular base no longer hides how many first-time guests come back. See Retention %.

Stylist Retention % is split too. The Average Stylist Revenue table (New Retention % and Existing Retention %) and Revenue by Employee (Retention % (New) and Retention % (Existing)) show both for each stylist. Here new means new to the stylist: a salon regular trying a different stylist counts as new for that stylist. See New and existing guests.

Retention % counts each guest once. On the Retention card and in the stylist Retention % columns, a guest who came in several times in the measured window now counts once, judged from their first visit in it, where each visit used to count separately. Regulars no longer weigh more than occasional guests, so expect the existing-guest figure to read lower. Frenchies studios are unchanged. See Retention %.

Suspended Members is counted the same way everywhere at The Lash Lounge. Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales) and the Member Report now count a suspended member by the Sales Dashboard's rule. A pause with an end date counts through that date. A pause with no end date counts for 180 days from the day it began, and after that only while an autopay is scheduled in the following 180 days. A paused membership that has been terminated is not counted, and one that has passed its end date reads Expired rather than Suspended, on the dashboards as well. Expect Suspended Members on those reports to read lower, for past months as well, and Net Member Change to move with it, since it subtracts the members who went on hold in the period. On the Sales Dashboard and Front Desk Dashboard, a pause entered ahead of time now shows the member as suspended on the day it starts. Each member is also counted once: a member with an older membership still on hold who is paying on a newer one is Active, not also Suspended, so Suspended Members on the Sales Dashboard, the Front Desk Dashboard and the End-of-Day email reads lower, and for the current month it is the same number on every one of these screens and reports. When the Sales Dashboard is set to a past month, Suspensions and Membership Change count the members who went on hold that month and were still on hold at its end, the same as Net Member Change in Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics. For a past month, a member who paid and then went on hold later in the month counts as Suspended, not Active, so Active Members for past months reads lower in Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics, Weekly Flash, the Gift Card Report's member split and the Sales Dashboard, and Monthly Member Retention % moves slightly with it. See Members & Memberships.

Active Members counts a member who has given notice until their termination date. At The Lash Lounge, a member with a termination date that hasn't arrived yet is still a member, so they count in Active Members on the Sales Dashboard, the Front Desk Dashboard and the End-of-Day email, and in Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales), the Weekly Flash and the Member Report, for today and the current month. Expect Active Members to read higher. On the termination date the membership ends and counts as a termination, as before. Future Appointments Per Member, Future Mbr Appts in Systemwide Data, and the Members table and member labels on the Front Desk Dashboard's appointment lists now go by this same Active Members rule, with Suspended and Declined labels following the rules on Members & Memberships.

Frenchies membership numbers follow one set of rules on every screen. Suspended Members on the Sales Dashboard, the Front Desk Dashboard and the End-of-Day email now counts memberships that are frozen (on hold at the guest's request), and Systemwide Data (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales) shows Suspended for Frenchies studios by the same rule. A freeze counts for 180 days from the day it began, and after that only while a payment is scheduled. A membership suspended for a failed payment is no longer counted as Suspended. Terminations now counts a membership on the day it ends, where it used to count only memberships cancelled while billing was suspended, so expect that figure to read higher. Membership Change is unchanged. Active Members is unchanged and still matches Total Active Member in Zenoti's Business KPI report. The member labels on the Front Desk Dashboard's appointment lists and Future Appointments Per Member go by the same rules. See Members & Memberships.

The Member Report is in Salon Reports. Member Report has moved from Corporate Reports → Beta to Reports → Salon Reports → Members (Studio Reports at Frenchies). Anyone who can open the other salon reports can run it for their own Lash Lounge salons or Frenchies studios: one row per member, with membership at the start and end of the dates, member services, status, next autopay, lifetime spend, phone and email, and a CSV download. Corporate and admin users can still run it across every location. Bookmarks to the old address open the report in its new place.

Call Log is in Salon Reports. Call Log is now in Reports → Salon Reports → Staff Performance (Shop Reports at Bishops, Studio Reports at Frenchies), for anyone who can open the other salon reports. Run it for the location selected at the top right to see each day's Call to Rebook, Declined autopay and Wait list call lists, which guests were contacted, and every call, text and email your staff logged, with reach rates by staff member, queue and channel.

Member Report shows the same member numbers as Systemwide Data and the Sales Dashboard (Member Report, Reports → Salon Reports → Members). The tiles above the table are now Active Members, Suspended, Declined, New Members and True Terminations. For The Lash Lounge, a member is Active the way the Sales Dashboard and Systemwide Data count it, so a run whose dates include today shows their Active Members number, and True Terminations is Systemwide Data's count. In Current Status, a member whose autopay was declined now reads Declined instead of Active, and a member whose membership begins on a later date reads Not Started. When your dates end in a month that has closed, the Active Members and Suspended tiles show that month's numbers, the same as Systemwide Data and the Sales Dashboard, and a Status at End column shows each member's standing at the end of your dates. A member whose membership was within its dates but had no successful autopay that month reads No Autopay This Month there. For Frenchies, each row is now a membership instead of a guest, so Active Members and Suspended equal the Sales Dashboard and Systemwide Data, and a membership suspended for a failed payment has its own Billing Suspended status and tile.

Revenue by Employee runs when you click Run Report. It no longer runs by itself when the page opens or when you switch salons, so you can set the dates and the retention look-back first.

Choose the retention look-back on Revenue by Employee. A Retention look-back box, set to 90 days, lets you run the report on a more recent or an older group of guests. The Sales Dashboard stays on 90 days. See Retention look-back.

Revenue by Employee can cover several locations in one run. If you have access to more than one location, a Locations list in the filters lets you tick the ones you want, or all of them. The table shows one row per team member per location, with the location's name in the first column and in the CSV. With one location ticked the report is unchanged. See Several locations at once.

Revenue by Employee no longer shows a totals row at the bottom of the table. The card above the table still shows the salon's figure; export the CSV to add up any column.

Two retention goals. The Goals page has a Retention % target for new guests and one for existing guests, and the Goals Report Card grades each on its own row. A Retention % target you had already set carries over to both; review them, since the two figures usually sit far apart.

Rebooking % sits on the Utilization card, now titled Utilization & Rebooking. The figure and its goal are the same.

Formula notes are now called service notes. The Missing Service Notes section on the Sales Dashboard, the Service Notes Audit Report email, the text reminders to stylists and the settings that control them all use the new name. Nothing else about them changed.

POS Notes for Bishops shops and Frenchies studios. POS Notes on the Front Desk Dashboard, in Today's Appointments and Call to Rebook, now shows what your team typed in Zenoti: the note on the booking, the alerts set on the guest and the notes on the guest's profile. Notes marked private in Zenoti are included. Call to Rebook campaigns that use note tags now read these notes too. See Front Desk Dashboard.

Adding a note tag to a Call to Rebook campaign is clearer. The Note tags field has a + Add tag button, and a tag you've typed is kept when you move to another field or click Save changes. Before, a tag was added only by pressing Enter. See Note tags.

Service note settings on a user only show when service notes are on. Service Note Notification (Text) and Service Note Summary (Email) appear on Add Staff and Edit Staff only for a salon that has service notes turned on (Managing users).

For corporate teams

Systemwide Data no longer shows the four summary cards above the table or the totals row at the bottom. The table is one row per salon; export the CSV to add up any column.

Opening date in Salon Settings. Corporate admins can see and edit each salon's Opening date in Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Salon Settings. Reports that show a salon's open date read it from here. See Salon Settings.

Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard no longer shows a totals row at the bottom of the table. The cards above the table still show the system totals.

Franchise Performance quick fixes (Franchise Performance). The detail table shows Budget and Var $ in whole dollars, Var % with a plus or minus sign in green or red, and a new column order: Collections, YoY %, YTD %, MoM %, Var %, Budget, Var $, LTM collections. The Franchise system column is hidden once you pick a single system. The four ranked lists are now two cards behind a Winners | Losers switch (it opens on Losers): Lowest YTD growth with Biggest shortfall to budget, or the new Highest YTD growth with Biggest beat on budget. Everything on those cards is year to date, the budget cards now rank on the year-to-date budget instead of the month, and the top-by-LTM list is gone (the table still sorts by LTM collections). Each card shows only rows that match its title, leaves out salons with no collections in the period, and shows the real count when fewer than 20 qualify. Select a row to find it in the detail table. Growth that rounds to zero reads 0.0% instead of -0.0%, a very large growth figure no longer runs into the Locations count on a system card, the Rank switch is now View by, the unfinished Net locations tile is gone, and on a phone the Basis toggle fits the screen and the first column leaves room for the numbers. The page now says Locations and Owners throughout (the View by switch reads Locations | Owners) and Not producing replaces Closed for a location with no day of positive collections in the last 30 days. In the detail table the owner and franchise system now sit as a small caption under each location name in the first column (under each owner's name in the Owners view), together with the open arrow, so the table needs little sideways scrolling; the export keeps Location, Owner and Franchise system as separate columns. The ranked cards are titled by the measure alone (Lowest YTD growth, Highest YTD growth, Biggest shortfall to budget, YTD, Biggest beat on budget, YTD), the budget cards leave out Not producing rows instead of rows with no collections, and the shortfall card adds a line totalling what those rows missed against budget; select it to see them in the table. In a window narrower than 1,280 pixels the table leaves out LTM collections and the Trend line so it fits; both remain in the opened row and the export. Negative dollar amounts use the same minus sign as percentages.

Front Desk Dashboard lists guests who registered at another location. At Bishops shops and Frenchies studios, a guest whose profile was created at a different location of the franchise was left off Today's Appointments, Call to Rebook and Duplicate Appointments, and showed with no name or phone in Declined Autopays. They now appear with their name and phone, and a team member booked as a guest shows by name too. Where texting is on, Text in Call to Rebook works for them as well. A guest who opted out of marketing texts in Zenoti at one location is not sent automatic rebook texts by another. See Front Desk Dashboard (Front Desk Utilities → Front Desk Dashboard).

Leads, texts and feedback recognise guests who registered at another location. At Bishops shops and Frenchies studios, a guest who books with you but created their profile at a different location of the franchise is now matched like any other guest of yours: a new enquiry from them links to their profile and to the money they spend with you, a text from them shows under their name, they come up when you search for someone to message, and guest feedback entered under their name lists the services they booked with you. A guest of another location who has never booked with you is still treated as new.

Revenue by Employee CSV: empty Retention % cells are blank. A stylist with no figure used to get a dash in the file, which made a spreadsheet read the column as text. The screen still shows the dash.

Systemwide Data shows closed salons in the months they were open. A run for a past date range now includes a salon that has since closed, as long as it had collections in that range, so earlier months show the full system again. A closed salon stays out of any range after its last day of collections. See Systemwide Data.

Roll Up Sales lists every active location. Roll Up Sales (Reports → Corporate Reports → Finance) now shows an active location with no sales in the date range as a
$0.00
row instead of leaving it off, and shows a closed location only in ranges it had sales in, the same rule as Systemwide Data. Totals are unchanged.

Budget vs Actual no longer goes blank because of a closed salon. On Budget vs Actual, a salon that had stopped trading used to hold back the date the whole report ran through, which blanked later months on the Actual view, and its own budget stopped counting at its last day of sales. The date now comes from the salons still trading, and a closed salon's budget counts through the month you chose. Closed salons with no sales and no budget in the period are no longer listed.

Collections by Month shows closed locations in the years they were open. Collections by Month (Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta) listed only locations that are active today. A location that has closed now appears in each year it had collections, so a past year's Total row is the whole system's.

Weekly PE Summary ignores sales dated after today. A sale entered with a future date could push the day Weekly PE Summary (Reports → Corporate Reports → Finance) measured budget to past today. Those sales are now left out until their date arrives.

Member Report and Systemwide Data finish sooner. Member Report (Reports → Salon Reports → Members) and Systemwide Data (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales) read only the members and guests they report, so a run across every location, or a full year, comes back sooner. The figures are unchanged.

Goals: see the dollar target, and last month and last year, while you set it. On Goals (Settings → Salon Settings → Goals), a Year-over-Year or Month-over-Month goal shows its dollar target right under the percentage, with a short table setting the goal beside what last year, last month and this month so far collected. Under the visits and average ticket boxes you can see what each has been in the month before and the same month last year. A target the page suggests but you have not set is drawn with a dashed outline and a Use button. Appointments per 7 days, visits per month and average ticket each have one box in the plan; the second copy lower on the page is gone, and Bishops' Revenue per stylist hour sits with the performance targets. Saved goals are unchanged.

Goals: the plan starts from today's average ticket, and says when it asks for less than you already do. On Goals (Settings → Salon Settings → Goals), every plan starts from your average ticket over the last 30 days. A Month-over-Month or Year-over-Year plan has to reach that month's own visits multiplied by its average ticket, grown by your percentage. When the goal is below what the month before collected, or the plan's average ticket or visits are below your last 30 days, a highlighted note lists each one.

Staff settings: three access toggles are no longer listed. CRM Access, CRM Admin Access, and Campaigns Access no longer appear when you add or edit a person in Managing users. Everyone keeps the access they have today.

New report: Collections by Month. Collections by Month (Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta) shows each location's collections for every month of a year, with the year's total and a system total row, alongside the owner, state, open date and stations. Choose a franchise system and a year; the grid downloads as a CSV. Collections here are the same figure as on Systemwide Data.

End-of-Day Summary: the shift log is never shown garbled. If the shift log can't be prepared for the nightly End-of-Day Summary, the email says "The shift log could not be included in tonight's email" with a link to Shift Notes, instead of a flattened copy with missing words. The rest of the email is unaffected.

End-of-Day Summary: a long link or code in the shift log stays inside the email. A pasted web address or a long run of characters in a Shift Notes entry made the nightly End-of-Day Summary wider than a phone screen. It now wraps inside its card.

Avg Revenue per Visit shows what a visit was worth. In Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales), Avg Revenue per Visit is now the services and retail sold, before tax, divided by Visits. A visit paid with membership credit, a gift card or a package counts at its full value, and membership dues no longer count on their own. It used to divide the Collections column by Visits. The Collections and Collections / Station figures in Systemwide Data are unchanged.

Call to Rebook: tag a guest once on their profile. A note tag such as
#3weekrefill
can now go in the client's note, red alert or yellow alert, so it no longer has to be typed on every appointment. When a guest has tags in more than one place, the last appointment note decides first, then the red alert, the yellow alert and the client's note.

Package Performance: one name for package sales. In Package Performance (Reports → Salon Reports → Legacy), the dollar column is Package Sales $ in both the Summary and Detail views and in their exports, and the cards read Package Sales and Packages Sold. It is the same figure, under the same name, as Package Sales $ on Weekly Flash. The figures themselves are unchanged.

Frenchies: studio Utilization counts every scheduled nail tech. The Utilization tile in Studio Health counts every nail tech on the schedule, including one who was scheduled but served no guests in the dates you picked, the same as Utilization% in Zenoti's Business KPI report. An employee stops counting after their last working day. This matters most early in the month, when a short date range could leave a scheduled tech out. Which employees appear in the Nail It! table is unchanged. See Utilization.

Frenchies: Utilization counts appointments left open. An appointment on a past day that was never checked out or cancelled counts toward Utilization, for the studio and for each employee in the Nail It! table, the same as Zenoti's reports.

Monthly Salon Metrics: revenue is what was sold, split by members and non-members. The revenue columns in Monthly Salon Metrics count services on the day they were performed and retail on the day it was sold, however the guest paid. Membership dues no longer count on their own; the visits they pay for do. For The Lash Lounge, Member Revenue (it replaces Membership Revenue) is everything active members generated, services and retail, and Non-Member Service Revenue is services for everyone else. Retail Revenue is all retail sold, with two new columns, Member Retail Revenue and Non-Member Retail Revenue; card convenience fees are not counted as retail. LY Total Revenue, the year-over-year columns and Revenue / Station follow the same rule. Bishops shops see the same change in Monthly Shop Metrics: Total Revenue, Service Revenue and Retail Revenue are what was sold. Total Revenue in this report is a different figure from Revenue in Systemwide Data and sales on the Sales Dashboard, which count money as it is paid.

Retail % is rounded once. On the Sales Dashboard, Retail % could show a tenth of a point off because the figure was rounded twice.

Frenchies: Request % and Star Rating in Nail It!. The Nail It! table on the Sales Dashboard and Revenue by Employee show two more columns from Zenoti's Nail It report: Request %, the share of an employee's service tickets on which the guest specifically asked for them, and Star Rating/Feedback, their average guest rating.

Frenchies: past months keep the job each employee had at the time. In Nail It!, Revenue by Employee and studio Utilization, whether an employee counts as a nail tech goes by the job they held on the last day of the dates you picked. A job change no longer moves an employee in or out of earlier months.

Frenchies: Revenue by Employee matches Nail It!. For Frenchies studios, Revenue by Employee lists the same employees as the Nail It! table on the Sales Dashboard, and the studio figures above the table cover those employees, so the rows add up to them. Its columns are the Nail It report's, in the same order.

Frenchies: Avg Ticket and Total Tickets match the KPI report. In Studio Health on the Sales Dashboard, Avg Ticket and Total Tickets count every ticket and all service and retail sales at the studio, the same as Avg Total Ticket and Total # of Tickets in Zenoti's Business KPI report. The Goals Report Card grades against the same figures. The Nail It! table still covers the employees it lists.

Frenchies: Membership Change is the change in active members. In Membership Management on the Sales Dashboard and Front Desk, and in the End-of-Day Summary email, Membership Change for Frenchies studios is active members now minus active members at the end of last month. The rows beneath it (New Memberships, Terminations, Suspensions) are shown for information and do not add up to it. In Systemwide Data (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales), Net Mbr Change for Frenchies is Active Members at the end of the range minus Active Members at the end of the day before it starts.

Frenchies: upgrades and downgrades. In Membership Management on the Sales Dashboard and Front Desk, and in the End-of-Day Summary email, Upgrades counts membership sales where a Polish Pass Select member moved to Polish Pass Premier, and Downgrades the reverse. Each is also counted in New Memberships. See Membership Management.

Frenchies: new memberships match the KPI report. A new membership is counted when it is sold, the same as # New Memberships Sold in Zenoti's Business KPI report: every membership sale on a ticket dated in the range, including a sale on a ticket that is still open and a membership that starts next month. This applies everywhere new memberships appear for Frenchies studios: the Sales Dashboard, Front Desk, the Goals Report Card, the end-of-day email, Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics. See what counts as a new member.

Goals: the goal amount is required. In Salon goals (Settings → Salon Settings → Goals), the monthly Collections goal is marked with an asterisk and goals are saved only with it filled in. When something on the page cannot be saved, the message appears beside the field that needs attention.

Goals: type the recommended targets directly. In Salon goals (Settings → Salon Settings → Goals), the cards in Recommended targets can be edited. Enter the average ticket, tickets or appointments you expect and the others follow, and the targets fill in as you go.

Frenchies: Duplicate Appointments is off the Front Desk. The Duplicate Appointments tile and table on the Front Desk no longer appear for Frenchies studios. A guest booking for friends or family is often entered as separate appointments under the one guest, and the list was flagging those as duplicates. Bishops shops and Lash Lounge salons keep it.

Sales Dashboard: the CC fees toggle covers the sales charts. On the Sales Dashboard, setting CC fees to Exclude takes card convenience fees out of the sales by month and by day of the month charts as well as the health bars and tiles. The sales by weekday chart shows what was sold, which never includes the fee. The toggle starts on Exclude, so the dashboard and Goals Report Card show the same collections and the same target for a percentage goal; switch it to Include to see sales with the fee.

Goals Report Card: collections leave card convenience fees out. In Goals Report Card (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales), a month's Collections line and the earlier month a percentage goal grows from no longer count card convenience fees. For a salon that charges the fee, collections and percentage targets read lower; flat-amount targets are unchanged.

User permissions: Salon, Studio or Shop Admin Access. When adding or editing a user in User management, the admin toggle is named for your location: Salon Admin Access at Lash Lounge salons, Studio Admin Access at Frenchies studios and Shop Admin Access at Bishops shops. What the toggle allows is the same.

Staff permission: Revenue Dashboard Access is Sales Dashboard Access. In Settings → Salon Settings → Staff, the permission that opens the Sales Dashboard is named after the page. Who has it is unchanged. See User Management.

Integration keys are tested when you save. In Salon Settings → Integrations, saving a WhatConverts or CallRail integration checks the keys with that service. Keys the service rejects are not saved, and the message says what to fix.

Integration fields named after the vendor's own terms. In Salon Settings → Integrations, the WhatConverts fields read API Token and API Secret, and the CallRail fields read API key and account ID. The WhatConverts fields say which is the shorter value and which is the longer one.

Integration keys stay hidden once saved. In Salon Settings → Integrations, a saved CallRail key or WhatConverts secret is hidden from everyone. Edit integration shows that it is connected and the key's last four characters. Leave a field blank to keep the key, type a new one to replace it, and use Disconnect to remove the integration.

Gift Card Report: redemptions without tips, and free cards counted. In the Gift Card Report (Reports → Salon Reports → Legacy), Redemptions leaves out tips paid with a gift card, so it reads lower where guests tip from a card. Face value and Discount count a card given away for nothing at its full loaded value, so both read higher where salons give cards away.

One name for the per-visit average: Avg Revenue per Visit. The average of services and retail sold per visit is called Avg Revenue per Visit on the Sales Dashboard, in Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics and the End-of-Day Summary email. It was shown under three names. On the Sales Dashboard, in Goals Report Card and in the email the figure is unchanged; in Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics it changes as described above. Frenchies studios keep Avg Ticket.

Sales Dashboard: Average Revenue by Day of Week. The weekday chart on the Sales Dashboard is named Average Revenue by Day of Week, because it shows what was sold on each day, not money taken in. The figures are unchanged. Revenue and collections explains the two.

Stylist table: Sales columns are now Revenue. The per-stylist table on the Sales Dashboard is titled Average Stylist Revenue, and its columns read Total Revenue, Service Revenue, Retail Revenue, Revenue / Visit and Revenue / Hr. Revenue by Employee and the End-of-Day Summary email's Top Performers table use the same names. They show what each stylist sold, which is revenue. The figures are unchanged, and Frenchies studios keep their Nail It! columns.

Lead Manager: lead types match Marketing Health. In Lead Manager (Marketing Analytics → Lead Manager), New and Win-back rows together are the leads Marketing Health counts as New Leads, so the table, the filtered Conversion Rate and the New Leads tile agree. Two inquiries from the same person are labelled correctly whichever arrived first, an inquiry too recent to sort reads Not yet classified, and Total Leads shows the full count for the date range.

Salon goals: Revenue goal is now Collections goal. In Settings → Salon Settings → Goals, the monthly goal is named Collections goal for every location, because it is measured on money taken in. Frenchies studios already saw this name. Your saved goals and how they are graded are unchanged.

Membership Management: New Sales is now New Memberships. In Membership Management on the Sales Dashboard and Front Desk, the row that counts memberships sold this month is named New Memberships. It is a count, not a dollar figure, and the count is unchanged.

Avg Revenue per Visit divides by the salon's guest-days. On the Sales Dashboard, in Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics and the End-of-Day Summary email, Avg Revenue per Visit and Total Visits count a guest once per day, however many stylists served them, so the figure is the same on every screen for the same dates. The Sales Dashboard tile and Goals Report Card counted a guest once per stylist, so they read a little lower where guests see two stylists on one day, and the Total Visits goal is graded on the same count. A stylist's own row still counts the guest once per stylist. See what counts as a visit.

Bishops: Visits are guest-days. In Systemwide Data and Monthly Shop Metrics, Visits for Bishops shops counts a guest once per day, the same count as the Sales Dashboard. Two appointments for one guest on one day no longer count twice.

Frenchies: Systemwide Data divides by tickets. In Systemwide Data, the Avg Revenue per Visit column for Frenchies studios is Avg Ticket: sales divided by tickets, the same figure as the studio's Sales Dashboard and Zenoti's Business KPI report. It divided by visits.

Lead days follow the salon's clock. On Marketing Health, in Lead Manager and in the Marketing Leads report, a lead counts on the day it arrived at the salon, not the day in Coordinated Universal Time, so an evening inquiry no longer lands on the next day. New Leads on these pages now equals Salon Performance by Marketing Partner for the same dates, the Marketing Leads detail shows each Inquiry Date in the salon's own time, the Weekly Flash lead count follows the same days, and a location with no time zone on record counts on Eastern time.

Report lists say what each report measures. On the Salon Reports, Corporate Reports and Draft Reports pages, each card's description says collections where the report counts money taken in and revenue where it counts what was sold, and the category tag on money reports reads Sales.

For corporate teams

Corporate Dashboard: budget and variance by franchisee and by location. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), the detail table shows Budget MTD, Var MTD, Budget YTD and Var YTD for each location, and the Franchisees rank shows the same for each owner. Budget that is loaded for a system but reaches no location is listed on its own row, Budget not matched to a salon or Planned openings, no salon yet, so the column adds up to the system's Var to Budget tiles. The monthly collections trend draws a dotted Budget line for the same months.

Frenchies reports are not listed for corporate users yet. For corporate users, the Frenchies reports no longer appear on the report list pages. The reports still open from a saved link, and platform admins see them as before.

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner: choose the franchise system. Salon Performance by Marketing Partner runs for each franchise system your access covers, one at a time. With more than one, you choose the system before the report runs and switch with System at the start of the toolbar; the Excel export follows the system on screen. Corporate teams for Bishops and Frenchies now see the report under Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta.

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner: first-time visits for Bishops and Frenchies. FTV is filled in for Bishops shops and Frenchies studios: each guest's first completed visit at that location. For Bishops it is the same count as New Clients on Monthly Shop Metrics.

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner no longer shows Forms – Lashes and Forms – Other. Both columns were empty for every location, so they are off the report and its Excel export. Total Forms is unchanged.

Cross-Center Redemptions covers The Lash Lounge only. Cross-Center Redemptions (Reports → Corporate Reports → Finance) lists and runs for The Lash Lounge. Frenchies is no longer offered in its Franchise Systems picker, and the report isn't shown to users whose access is Frenchies only.

Salon Performance by Partner is now Salon Performance by Marketing Partner. The report in Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta is named Salon Performance by Marketing Partner on its card, its page and its Excel workbook. Its Collections column (named Revenue until this release) now leaves out the card convenience fees some locations charge, the same as Roll Up Sales as it opens.

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner counts new leads only. Total Forms, Calls and Unique Leads, now labelled New Leads (Unique), count new leads, the same figure as New Leads on Marketing Health for the same dates. A current client who fills in a form or calls is an existing customer, not a lead, and is no longer counted. Blended CPL uses the same count.

Member Report: next autopay for Frenchies members. In the Member Report (Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta), Next AutoPay Date and Next AutoPay Amount now fill in for Frenchies members with an upcoming membership draft. They were blank for every Frenchies member.

Marketing Leads: Unique Leads is now Unique Contacts. In Marketing Leads (Reports → Corporate Reports → Marketing), the Summary column that counts each phone number or email the first time it reaches the salon is now labelled Unique Contacts. It includes existing clients, and an existing client is not a lead. The figures are unchanged.

Franchisee Prospects: a Min Spend filter, and spend counted as money paid. Franchisee Prospects (Reports → Corporate Reports → Marketing) has a Min Spend box, opening at $1,000, that keeps only guests who paid at least that much in the date range. Service Value (window) is replaced by two columns, Spend in Range and Lifetime Spend, both counting money actually paid, the same way as the Sales Dashboard. A guest now needs a completed visit in the date range to be listed. Enter 0 in Min Spend for the full list. An optional Min Lifetime Spend box narrows the list further to guests who have also paid at least that much over their whole history.

Weekly PE Summary leaves card convenience fees out of sales. In Weekly PE Summary (Reports → Corporate Reports), Current Period Sales, Prior Year Sales, the variances and Pace now leave out the card convenience fees some Lash Lounge locations charge, so the totals match Roll Up Sales as it opens. The CC Fees column shows the amount left out. Bishops and Frenchies figures are unchanged.

Corporate Dashboard leaves card convenience fees out of collections. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), collections on every tile, leaderboard, table and trend, and both Var to Budget tiles, now leave out the card convenience fees some Lash Lounge locations charge. Collections here now match Roll Up Sales as it opens, Weekly PE Summary and Systemwide Data. Bishops and Frenchies figures are unchanged.

Corporate Dashboard: plainer notes. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), the Collections definition entry says what the figure is in plain words, and the Bishops Cuts / Color note reads "figures begin March 2024" with the same explanation of the partial months.

Corporate Dashboard: Same-store YoY and Same-store YTD. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), the comparison that counts only locations with collections in both periods is named Same-store YoY and Same-store YTD. It was labelled Revenue-comparable. The rule and the figures are unchanged.

Money taken in is called Collections. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), the tiles, leaderboards, table, trend and notes say collections where they said sales or revenue, and the Revenue definition entry is Collections definition. In Systemwide Data (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales), the columns are Collections, Collections Rank, LY Collections, LM Collections and Collections / Station, and the card is Total Collections. Retail Revenue, Avg Revenue per Visit and Rev / Stylist Hr keep their names because they show what was sold. In Salon Performance by Marketing Partner, the Revenue column and card are Collections, on the page and in the Excel workbook. On Marketing Health, Google Ads and Meta Ads, the money paid by converted leads is Collections: Collections & ROAS, Collections (horizon), Compounding Collections, Attributed Collections (Lifetime) and Include collections through. In Marketing Leads and Lead Manager, Lifetime Revenue is Lifetime Collections, on the page and in the export. In Goals Report Card, the Revenue line is Collections, matching the Collections goal it is measured against. In the Gift Card Report, Total Revenue is Total Collections and % of Total Revenue is % of Total Collections, on the page and in the export. See Revenue and collections. The figures are unchanged.

Franchise CCR: Amount Paid is now Credit Redeemed. In Franchise CCR, the column that shows the value of membership credit redeemed for a visit is named Credit Redeemed. It was never money paid. The figures are unchanged.

Marketing Leads: lead types match Marketing Health. In Marketing Leads (Reports → Corporate Reports → Marketing), New Leads plus Win-back equals New Leads on Marketing Health for the same dates, and a Not Yet Classified column holds the last day or two of inquiries so the types add up to Total Inquiries.

Member Report: Lifetime Sales is now Lifetime Spend. In the Member Report (Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta), the column showing what a member has paid at the location is named Lifetime Spend, on the page and in the export. The figures are unchanged.

Budget vs Actual leaves card convenience fees out of actuals. In Budget vs Actual (Reports → Draft Reports), Actual YTD, PY YTD, the monthly Actual view and both variances now leave out the card convenience fees some Lash Lounge locations charge, so they match Roll Up Sales as it opens and Weekly PE Summary. Bishops and Frenchies figures are unchanged.

Call Log runs for one salon at a time. Call Log (Reports → Draft Reports) now reports on the salon selected in the switcher at the top right, shown beside Location. The Franchise Systems and Locations pickers are gone. Change the switcher and run it again to see another salon.

Call Log: credit for earlier attempts, and a clear "No contact today". In Call Log (Reports → Draft Reports), a guest who stays on a worklist for several days keeps the attempts made on earlier days of that stay. Each day still states whether the guest was contacted that day: a row reads Contacted today or No contact today, with the last attempt shown beneath. Each day's heading counts guests contacted that day, contacted earlier, and not yet contacted.

Fixes

Salon Performance by Marketing Partner: columns and phone layout. A long note under a column heading no longer stretches that column and pushes the other figures off the screen, and on a phone the toolbar's controls stay inside the screen.

Front Desk: client notes and alerts show in POS Notes. A guest's client note, red alert and yellow alert now show in POS Notes on the Front Desk Dashboard for every guest who has them. The note used to show only for profiles edited in the last few days, and alerts did not show.

Frenchies: Active Members at a studio with no members. The Active Members tile on the Sales Dashboard and Front Desk, and the End-of-Day Summary email, show 0 for a studio with no active memberships. A studio whose last membership had ended could keep showing that last count.

Bishops and Frenchies: today counts per stylist. On the Sales Dashboard's Average Stylist Revenue table and in Revenue by Employee, today's sales, tickets and visits show under the stylist who made the sale, so Average Ticket and the per-visit figures include today. They used to wait until the next morning, or show as unassigned.

Bishops and Frenchies: today's Sales include every payment. A payment taken on a ticket that was still open, or changed after the ticket closed, is now counted in today's Sales. Some of these were missed until the next morning.

Frenchies: Member Report lists current members and shows their real status. Member Report (Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta) listed guests whose membership had ended long before the selected dates, and showed some of them as Active. It lists a guest only when their membership was active in the date range or recently suspended. Current Status reads Suspended for a membership on hold, Member Services Completed counts every service redeemed with membership credit, Joined On is the start of the guest's first membership, and a member whose profile is kept at another studio shows their name and contact details.

Sales Dashboard: no sideways scrolling on a tablet or phone. On the Sales Dashboard, a location with a flagged row in the stylist table made the whole page scroll sideways on a narrow screen. Only the table scrolls.

Systemwide Data runs again for Lash Lounge corporate users. From the October 9 release until October 10, Systemwide Data ended with "This report couldn't be completed" when the only franchise system in your access was The Lash Lounge.
What's in this release

For salons

Reports: each location needs its own reporting access. In Salon Reports (Shop Reports at Bishops, Studio Reports at Frenchies), a location's reports open for you only when you have reporting access at that location and Reports is turned on for it. Access at one of your locations no longer carries over to your others. If a location you used to see is missing from the location list, ask whoever manages logins for that location to give you Reporting portal access there (see Managing users). See Salon Reports.

Goals Report Card runs one location at a time. Pick a location and click Run Report. It opens on the location selected in the header, and every goal is graded for each month in your range. See Goals Report Card.

For Bishops shops

Rebooking % counts each guest once per day. On Sales Dashboard → Shop Health and in the End-of-Day Summary email, a guest served by two stylists on the same visit was counted twice, so the shop-wide Rebooking % could differ slightly from the same figure on Front Desk and the Goals Report Card. All four now count that guest once and show the same number. See Rebooking.

Rebooking % shows a dash for dates before the shop began tracking rebookings. For dates before a shop started recording rebookings, shop-wide Rebooking % used to read 0.0%, as if no guest had rebooked. It now shows a dash for those dates, on Sales Dashboard → Shop Health, Front Desk and the Goals Report Card. From the first recorded rebooking on, nothing changes, and a day when nobody rebooked still counts as zero. See Rebooking.

Hourly figures show a dash for periods before your staff hours were recorded. Revenue / Stylist Hour and Utilization need staff hours to mean anything. When a period reaches back before the shop's schedule or time-clock records begin, those figures now show a dash instead of a rate that reads far too high. Revenue and visits are not affected, and Goals Report Card doesn't grade the blank figures. This applies on Sales Dashboard → Shop Health and in Shop Reports (Monthly Shop Metrics, Systemwide Data, Revenue by Employee and Goals Report Card).

Utilization counts every posted shift. On Sales Dashboard → Shop Health and in Shop Reports → Staff Performance → Revenue by Employee, a posted shift now counts toward scheduled hours even when the stylist didn't clock in or see a guest that day. Before, those days were left out, which made Utilization read higher than the schedule you posted. Breaks and other blocked-off time are still taken out, as before. Shops with posted shifts that went unworked will see a lower Utilization. The shop-wide figure leaves out front desk and office staff; managers and keyholders still count. See Utilization.

Revenue by Employee: services paid with a package or gift card show their value. A service paid for with a package or a gift card now shows the value of the service instead of $0, so the stylist is credited for the work. Your cash Revenue doesn't change. See Revenue by Employee.

Systemwide Data: Soft Open is the shop's opening date. Soft Open and Months now use each shop's opening date. Before, sales history brought over from an earlier system could make a shop look older than it is. A shop with no opening date on file shows a blank. See Systemwide Data.

For corporate teams

Rebook campaigns: spend conditions count real money. In the Advanced rule builder of a campaign on Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Rebook Campaigns & Service Groups, the Lifetime spend, Spend in last 30 days and Spend in last 90 days conditions now count only what the guest paid by card, cash or bank payment, before sales tax, for services, memberships and retail products. Tips and card convenience fees are left out, and a gift card, deposit or payment on account counts when it is bought, not again when it is spent. These conditions used to add up every form of payment with tax and tips included, so a guest's spend now reads lower. No campaign uses a spend condition today, so no salon's Call to Rebook list changes. See Rule conditions.

Systemwide Data: Rev Rank is within each franchise system. If your account covers more than one franchise system, each system now has its own ranking starting at 1, rather than one ranking across all of them. Locations with equal revenue share a rank. See Systemwide Data.

Marketing Partners: a partner list, and changes for many salons at once. Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Marketing Partners now has two tabs. Salons is the existing table; a salon's partner is chosen from a list instead of typed, with New partner… to add one in place, and you can tick several salons and change their partner in one step. Partners lists each partner with the salons it has today, and lets you add or rename a partner; corporate admins can also merge two partners or archive one that is no longer used. Existing assignments and history are unchanged. See Franchise Management.

Marketing partner logins. A corporate admin can now give someone at a marketing partner their own sign-in. On Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Marketing Partners → Partners, expand a partner and select Add login. A partner login sees Marketing Analytics (Marketing Health, Lead Manager, Google Ads and Meta Ads) for the salons assigned to that partner today, and nothing else; changing a salon's partner changes who can see it straight away, without anyone signing out. See Partner logins.

Fixes

End-of-Day Summary email: goal verdicts match the number shown. The email compared goals against more decimal places than it prints, so a card could show a figure equal to its goal and still say it was short (for example 20.0% against a 20% goal reading 0.0 pts short). Avg Sale, Retail %, Utilization and Rebooking % are now graded at the precision shown, the same as the Sales Dashboard.

The Lash Lounge: Today's Appointments includes guests with a declined membership payment. On Front Desk, a guest whose membership payment had declined was left off both the Non Members and Members tables, so they were missing from the day's list. They now appear under Non Members, where the front desk can see them and collect the payment during the visit. See Front Desk Dashboard.

On the 1st of the month, health tiles show last month's final figures instead of dashes. A new month has no completed day on the 1st, so the month-to-date tiles on Sales Dashboard → Salon Health (Avg Sales Per Visit, Total Visits, Retail %, Rebooking & Retention, Utilization) and the Rebooking % tile on Front Desk were blank. They now show the month that just closed, marked with its name (for example Sep final) and, in Goals mode, graded against that month's goals. Sales, appointments and member counts still show today, and the tiles return to month-to-date on the 2nd. This matches the End-of-Day Summary email. See Sales Dashboard and Front Desk Dashboard.

Feedback: a clear message when the service date is missing. Saving a new or edited entry on Front Desk → Feedback without a Service date now shows Service date is required under that field, instead of an error that didn't say what was wrong, and the entry isn't saved until you pick one. See Feedback.

The Lash Lounge: staff time no longer counts as guest visits. Lunches, breaks, staff meetings, training, PTO and sick days booked on the schedule, often under a placeholder client, were being counted as guest visits. They're now left out everywhere guests are counted: Visits, Unique Visitors, New Clients, Average Visit Price and Avg Sale per Visit, Rebooking % and Retention %, Booked Ahead, and Missing Formula Notes. Most locations won't notice a difference. A handful of locations that book a lot of staff time on the schedule will see lower visit counts and slightly lower Rebooking % and Retention % than before, because those blocks were inflating them. Revenue and Utilization don't change. See What counts as a visit.

Faster reports. Systemwide Data and Weekly Flash load noticeably faster, especially for a full year or every location at once. Retail % loads faster for Bishops shops and Frenchies studios on the Sales Dashboard, in the End-of-Day Summary email, and in Monthly Salon Metrics (Monthly Shop Metrics at Bishops). No numbers change.

Marketing Health: Converted Clients now fills in for every salon with conversions. On Marketing Analytics → Marketing Health, the Converted Clients table stayed empty for a salon with no Meta ad activity in the date range, including salons that advertise on Google only, even though the tiles above counted those clients. The table now lists them. It also clears as soon as you switch salons or change the dates, so it never shows another salon's clients. See Marketing Health.

Marketing Health: tracked calls from Google ads count as Google Paid. At salons whose call tracking runs through WhatConverts, most calls that came from a Google ad were filed under Direct, because the call carried no click details. They are now filed under Google Paid using the source the call-tracking service itself reports, so Marketing Analytics → Marketing Health shows those leads, conversions and revenue against Google ad spend. See Marketing Health.

Marketing Analytics: revenue matches your sales figures. Revenue and ROAS on Marketing Health, the lifetime revenue shown for a converted lead in Lead Manager, and attributed revenue on Meta Ads and Google Ads now use the same cash rule as sales on the Sales Dashboard. At The Lash Lounge, card convenience fees are no longer counted, so revenue reads slightly lower at salons that charge them. At Bishops shops and Frenchies studios, revenue now counts each payment on the day it was made, so membership payments and prepayments land in the month they were charged; Frenchies figures include sales tax, as Net Collections does. Leads, conversions and ad spend do not change. See Marketing Health.

Package Performance: only refunds reduce package sales. On Salon Reports → Legacy → Package Performance, a credit a guest traded in for account credit used to come off revenue and lower the Packages count by a whole package. Trade-ins now change neither, because that money stayed in the salon. A refund to a card or in cash still comes off revenue in the month it was processed, and Packages drops only when a guest is refunded every credit in a package. Three new columns show what happened: Packages Refunded, Credits Refunded and Credits Traded In. Revenue and package counts for months with trade-ins read higher as a result. The Package Sales $ and Lash Passes columns on Weekly Flash follow the same rule. See Package Performance.

Package Performance: the Detail download works again. On Salon Reports → Legacy → Package Performance, the download button in the Detail view was returning No package sales to download for your sites instead of a file. It now prepares the CSV of every row matching your filters. See Package Performance.

Revenue / Stylist Hour compares hours with the work done in them. On Sales Dashboard → Shop Health, Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics, the Goals Report Card and the End-of-Day Summary email, Revenue / Stylist Hour now divides the services and retail sold in the period by your stylists' clocked hours. It used to divide cash collected, which counted membership charges and prepayments on days no stylist earned them and left out services paid with membership credit or a gift card. Expect it to read lower at locations with many members. Every other Revenue figure in these reports is unchanged. See Systemwide Data.

Frenchies: sales figures match Net Collections. The sales bars, the Month-to-Date Sales card, Sales — Year Over Year and Average Sales by Day of Month on the Sales Dashboard, goals, and the corporate reports that show cash collected for Frenchies studios, including Roll Up Sales, Systemwide Data, Franchise Performance, Weekly PE Summary and Budget vs Actual, now use the same rule as Net Collections on the point of sale's KPI report: money taken by card, cash, check or custom payment on the day it was paid, with sales tax included and tips left out. The corporate reports used to count the day of the sale and remove tax, which read a little under 1% low; the Sales Dashboard used to show what was sold. Avg Sales Per Visit, Retail %, the Average Stylist Sales table and Revenue by Employee are unchanged: they show what was sold, and it still matches Total Revenue on the KPI report. For Bishops shops the same Sales Dashboard figures and reports now count cash on the day it was paid, before sales tax and tips, which matches the point of sale's Collections report less tax. In the corporate reports the only visible change is money a guest paid ahead, which moves to the month it was paid. On the Sales Dashboard, expect the shape of the year to change for both systems: a month with heavy gift card sales, such as November or December, now reads higher than it did, and the months when those gift cards are used read lower. A revenue goal you set against the old figures is now measured against money taken in. See revenue and collections.

The Lash Lounge: trade-account payments are not counted as sales. A service or product paid on a trade account brings in no money, so it no longer adds to sales on the Sales Dashboard, in Monthly Salon Metrics, Systemwide Data and the other reports that show cash collected, or to the Cash / card column of the Gift Card Report (it shows under Other tenders). A handful of salons use trade accounts; their totals read slightly lower, including for past months. See revenue.

Lifetime figures count real money, once. At The Lash Lounge, Lifetime Sales on the Member Report, Spend and Retail on Lifetime Value of Member, and Lifetime value in Clients now count only what the client actually paid by card, cash or bank payment, before sales tax. Tips and card convenience fees are left out. A gift card, deposit or payment on account counts when it is bought, and not again when it is spent, and services paid with account credit, a gift card or a comp add nothing. Lifetime Sales used to add up every form of payment with tax and tips included, so it will read lower. A location's members now add up the same way its Sales Dashboard revenue does. At Frenchies, Lifetime Sales on the Member Report is now what the member actually paid, counted the way the point of sale counts collections. It used to add membership dues on top of the services those dues paid for, so it will read about a quarter to a third lower. See Member Report and Lifetime Value of Member.

Hotfix, October 2, 2026

Package Performance counts money that came in. On Salon Reports → Legacy → Package Performance, Total Revenue now counts only what was paid by card, cash or bank payment. A package bought with a gift card still counts as a package sold but adds no revenue, because that money was counted when the gift card was sold. A package paid entirely with account credit no longer appears, since that credit usually comes from package credits a guest traded in and the money was already counted. Expect revenue, and at some locations the package count, to read lower than before. Package Sales $ and Lash Passes on Weekly Flash follow the same rule: a Lash Pass paid entirely with account credit, or given free, is no longer counted. See Package Performance.

End-of-Day Summary email: Bishops Utilization matches the Sales Dashboard. The dashboard leaves front-desk and office staff out of shop-wide Utilization; the email was still counting their posted shifts, so at a shop where the front desk is on the schedule the email could show a lower Utilization than the dashboard. Both now leave them out and show the same number. Managers and stylists are counted as before. See Utilization.

Sales Dashboard: the 1st of the month follows the salon's date. On the 1st, the Salon Health tiles show last month's final figures (marked, for example, Sep final). Whether it was "the 1st" used to depend on the clock of the computer you were viewing from, so someone in another time zone could see the switch a few hours early or late, and a page left open overnight could keep last month's figures under an MTD caption. The salon's own date now decides, the same as on Front Desk and in the End-of-Day Summary email, and each tile's caption always describes the figures shown. On a phone, the month marker now sits under the tile's title instead of squeezing it onto two lines. See Sales Dashboard.

Full Sets and Starter Full Sets match the franchisor's definitions (The Lash Lounge). On Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics and the Weekly Flash Leaderboard, Full Sets now count paying full sets (at least $1) for clients who weren't members at any point in the 30 days before; members' full sets, free sets, lash consultations and Redo Full Set appointments no longer count, so full set counts come down. Starter Full Sets now count each client's first-ever full set at the salon when it was paid more than $89, including guests who came in before for a lift, tint or brow service, and members. SFS Mbr Conv % changes with them. See Full Sets & Starter Full Sets.

Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard moves to Corporate Reports ▸ Beta, with Starter Full Sets. Corporate and admin users can now run the Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard (formerly Weekly Flash (KPI Leaderboard)), one row per Lash Lounge location for a date range with each Friday-flash measure ranked across the system, from Corporate Reports → Beta. It gains a Starter Full Sets column and rank beside Full Sets. See Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard.

Weekly PE Summary is in Corporate Reports ▸ Finance. The report sits in Corporate Reports → Finance beside Roll Up Sales Report and Cross-Center Redemptions, and no longer carries a Beta tag. Running it, its figures and who can open it are the same. See Weekly PE Summary.

Marketing partner logins are easier to find and add. Settings → Corporate Settings → Corp Staff Management now has a Marketing partner logins box with an Add or see partner logins button, and the Add corporate staff form points a marketing agency there instead of to a corporate role. Both open Franchise Management → Marketing Partners on its tab, now called Partners and logins. Each partner's row has an Add login button (or its number of logins), and an expanded partner shows its logins above its salons. The Add login form says what the login can see, warns when the partner has no salons yet (the person could not sign in), and checks the email address before sending it. The page also works on a phone, with each partner and login stacked. See Partner logins.

What's in this release

For salons

Retention % on your Health card, with a goal. The Rebooking % tile is now Rebooking & Retention. Retention % is the share of guests you served 90 days before your date range who have come back to any stylist or have a future appointment booked (Frenchies studios use their own rule, below). Set a Retention % target under Settings → Goals; with Compare set to Goals, each figure on the card is graded against its own target, and the Goals Report Card gains a Retention % column. See Retention %.

Rebooking % for each stylist (The Lash Lounge and Bishops). The Average Stylist Sales table on the Sales Dashboard and the Revenue by Employee report have a new Rebooking % column: of the guests each stylist served, the share who left with their next appointment booked with that same stylist. Because it only counts a rebooking with the same stylist, a stylist's figure can sit below the location-wide tile, which counts a rebooking with anyone. See Rebooking %.

Retail % means one thing everywhere. Retail % is retail sales ÷ service sales, before tax, however the guest paid (card, cash, membership credit, gift card or account). The Sales Dashboard, End-of-Day Summary, Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics now all show this same figure. See Sales Dashboard.

Revenue / Stylist Hour means one thing everywhere. Your Revenue divided by your stylists' clocked hours, now the same on Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics, the Sales Dashboard, the End-of-Day Summary and the Goals Report Card. Some locations' figures shift slightly. See Systemwide Data.

New members, the same count everywhere (The Lash Lounge and Frenchies). A guest who signs a new membership within twelve months of their last one ending is now counted as returning, not as a new member, and the earlier ending isn't counted as a loss. Net Member Change also subtracts new suspensions. The Sales Dashboard, Front Desk, Goals Report Card, End-of-Day Summary, Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics and Member Report now all give the same figures. Past months update once to the new rule. See what counts as a new member.

Active Members follows your date range, and agrees across screens (The Lash Lounge and Frenchies). When your Health range ends before today, the Active Members tile shows who was active at the end of that range, labelled with the date, instead of today's count. For the same end date, the Sales Dashboard, Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics and the Member Report now show the same Active Members number. At Lash Lounge salons, a membership that is inactive but not yet ended no longer counts; at Frenchies studios, frozen memberships no longer count and past ranges now show a figure in Systemwide Data (it was blank).

A clearer goal-pace hover on Month-to-Date Sales. With Compare set to Goals, hovering the Month-to-Date Sales card shows Sold so far, Goal, Expected by now, how far ahead or behind that pace you are, Remaining with the days left, and Needed per day. The old vs Goal percentage compared you to the whole month's goal, which made a location a few hundred dollars behind pace look far behind; the new line matches the On pace / Behind pace pill.

Call to Rebook keeps the conversation together. Under Front Desk → Call to Rebook and Declined Autopays, + Log contact is always visible, before and after an attempt, including on smaller screens. View history shows every contact and note your team has logged for that guest's visit, including notes with no call attached, so the next shift can pick up where the last one left off. Repeat attempts stay with the same visit; a later visit starts a fresh history. The latest contact or note appears in the row. See Front Desk Dashboard.

Your Reports list shows only what runs for your location. The reports area now lists just the reports available for the location selected in the header. See Salon Reports.

Marketing Health names your marketing partner. The top right of Marketing Health shows your location's current marketing partner, or Not assigned when none is on record.

Shared links open the page you were sent. Opening a DART link while signed out now takes you to sign-in and then straight to that page instead of the home screen. It also works in a new tab, after a first-time password change, and after your session expires.

For The Lash Lounge salons

Starter Full Sets, the same count on Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics. Systemwide Data now counts Starter Full Sets the way Monthly Salon Metrics already did: new clients whose first-ever visit included a full set, whatever it was booked as. Each client counts once, with no price minimum. Repeat or mis-booked Starter Full Set appointments no longer count, and first-visit full sets booked under another service now do, so each salon's figure shifts (down where repeat starters were common, slightly up elsewhere); SFS Mbr Conv % changes with it. See Starter Full Sets.

Booked lunches no longer lower utilization. A lunch, break, staff meeting, front desk, PTO or sick appointment booked on the appointment book is now left out of scheduled hours, the same way blocked time on a stylist's schedule already was. Salons that book lunches as appointments will see utilization rise. See Utilization.

Wait List: requested date. Each wait list entry can record the day the guest wants to come in, separate from when they were added. It shows in a new Requested column you can sort by, and the old Date column is now Added. See Wait List.

Package Performance: refunds count in the month they happen. A package sale stays in the month it was sold, and a refund or trade-in shows as a negative amount in the month it was processed, so a closed month no longer changes weeks later. Some refunds were previously not being subtracted at all, so months with refunds will read slightly lower. See Package Performance.

For Bishops shops

Shop Reports. Bishops shops now have Shop Reports under Reports in the sidebar, for anyone with reporting access at the shop, plus corporate and admin users. It holds the Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data, Revenue by Employee and the new Monthly Shop Metrics. See Salon Reports.

Revenue / Stylist Hour, with a goal. The Avg Sales Per Visit tile on Shop Health now also shows your shop's Revenue / Stylist Hour. Set a monthly Revenue per stylist hour goal under Settings → Goals; the tile, the End-of-Day Summary and the Goals Report Card all grade your shop against it. On the Goals Report Card it takes the place of New Memberships. See Goals.

Monthly Shop Metrics. Shop Reports → Sales → Monthly Shop Metrics shows one shop's calendar year on a single grid you can expand from quarter to month to day: total, service and retail revenue against last year, new clients, visits, Retail %, average visit price, Revenue / Stylist Hour, Revenue / Station and stylist count. See Monthly Salon Metrics.

Your full sales history is back. Sales Dashboard totals and year-over-year comparisons now include every month since your shop started on Zenoti. Months before March 2026 previously showed $0.

The redesigned End-of-Day Summary. See the End-of-Day Summary below.

Health and Front Desk captions now say Shop-wide instead of Salon-wide.

For Frenchies studios

Studio Reports and the Goals Report Card. Frenchies studios now have Studio Reports under Reports, with the Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data and Revenue by Employee. The Goals Report Card grades each month's revenue, Avg Ticket, Total Tickets, Retail %, utilization, rebooking %, new memberships and Retention % against your goals, using the same figures as your Studio Health page.

Retention % uses Frenchies' own rule. Your Retention % counts guests who visited in the month four months back and returned within 90 days, new and repeat guests together, so it lines up with your Zenoti KPI report. See Retention %.

Rebooking % per employee stays as it was. Frenchies keeps its existing Rebooking % on the Nail It! table; the new same-stylist column is for The Lash Lounge and Bishops.

Membership Management on the Concierge Dashboard. The Concierge Dashboard now shows your studio's membership section, with the same new-member and Net Member Change figures as the rest of DART.

The redesigned End-of-Day Summary. See the End-of-Day Summary below.

Health and Concierge captions now say Studio-wide instead of Salon-wide.

For corporate teams

Member Report is in Corporate Reports ▸ Beta. Corporate and admin users can run the Member Report (one row per member for a date range: membership at the start and end of the period, member services, current status, next autopay, lifetime sales, full CSV download) for The Lash Lounge and Frenchies locations.

Systemwide Data: Retail Revenue is retail sold, before tax. The Retail Revenue column now counts every retail sale however it was paid and leaves out sales tax, the same retail figure Retail % uses. Lash Lounge figures previously included tax on retail; Bishops and Frenchies previously counted only card and cash payments. See Systemwide Data.

Revenue / Station. The per-station column is now Rev / Station in Systemwide Data and Revenue / Station in Monthly Salon Metrics, with the count shown as Stations (previously Revenue / Bed and Beds), matching Number of Stations in location settings. The figures are unchanged; CSV exports use the new names.

"Marketing agency" is now "marketing partner". The Franchise Management tool is now Marketing Partners, and the corporate report is now Salon Performance by Partner, including its Excel export. Any corporate team member can now view and edit each location's marketing partner and region under Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Marketing Partners; previously only corporate admins could. Existing assignments, history and links are unchanged.

Ownership Groups is now Multi-Unit Owners. The Franchise Management tool that maps which locations each franchisee owns has a new name. It works the same way, and your owners and assignments are unchanged.

For platform admins

Daily expected outreach in Call Log. Reports → Draft Reports → Call Log shows each day's saved Front Desk worklist and the contacts and notes logged for each guest on it, including guests nobody reached. Coverage counts each guest once, so repeat calls and notes don't inflate it; days saved before details were kept are marked as count-only. Evening contacts now stay on the location's own calendar day.

Weekly Flash. In the Weekly Flash draft report, Members now follows your date range, and new members use the same twelve-month returning-member rule as everywhere else.

Draft Reports tidy-up. Revenue by Employee and Franchise Performance no longer appear in the Draft Reports grid; Revenue by Employee lives in each location's reports and the Member Report in Corporate Reports ▸ Beta.

A corporate release: the Corporate Dashboard is now your home in every tab, not just the first one; changing a PE Group user to a corporate role no longer disables their sign-in; the Member Report completes when run across every location, with the first 5,000 members in the table and the complete list one click away as a CSV; and Systemwide Data runs about three times faster from cold. Website test submissions now stay in the development environment, and the public salon360.ai site gets its refreshed introduction.

What's in this release

For corporate teams

The Corporate Dashboard stays your home in every tab. Corporate admins and PE Group users already land on the Corporate Dashboard at sign-in. Opening DART in a new tab or window now lands there too, instead of on a salon page. Choosing a salon from the selector still switches you to that salon in later tabs as well, until you pick Corporate Dashboard again.

Changing a PE Group user to Corp Staff or Corp Admin keeps their sign-in. That role change in Corporate Staff Management used to disable the person's login, and "Forgot password" did nothing for a corporate-only user. Corporate roles now count as needing a login, so both work as expected.

The Member Report across every location now completes. Run across the whole fleet, the report used to end in "Failed to check report status" even though the run had finished, because the full member list was too large to hand back to the page in one response. The table now shows the first 5,000 members and says so in a banner, and the Download CSV button delivers the complete list, the same way Franchisee Prospects and the Weekly PE Summary already work. Every count above the table still covers every member.

Systemwide Data runs faster. The retail figures for the most recent two days are read from live sales, and that step used to scan every sale each location had ever made before keeping the handful it needed. It now reads only the days in question. A system-wide month-to-date run that took around 30 seconds from cold completes in roughly a third of that, with identical results.

Fixes

Website test submissions stay in development. Classy Llama production forms now deliver directly to production, while development and staging forms deliver only to development. The old development-to-production relay is disabled so test inquiries do not appear in Marketing → Lead Manager. See Lead sources & attribution.

Also

A clearer introduction to salon360. The upcoming refresh of the public salon360 website leads with an illustrative Franchise Performance board comparing three fictional systems, then shows salon goals and a broader Front Desk example covering appointment preparation, booking checks and follow-up. It adds mobile section navigation, an explanation of data connections and rollout discussions, setup questions, direct links to the user guide and platform sign-in, and a preview of the goal-aware MindBody End of Day email. It explains existing capabilities; see What is salon360? for the platform overview.

Hotfix, 2026-09-24

Docs: how Membership Management classifies each membership event. The Sales Dashboard page now defines New sale, Renewal, Upgrade and Downgrade in plain terms: how tiers and PLE memberships rank, what counts as a replacement contract, and why a price change never appears. Use the Member Report to see who is on which membership.

Hotfix, 2026-09-29

Franchise CCR runs for single-location owners. If your account has one location, the Franchise CCR report now selects it for you. Previously the Run Report button stayed disabled with no location to pick, whatever date range you chose.

For salons

Sales Reports and Legacy Reports are now one page: Salon Reports. Under Reports in the sidebar, a single Salon Reports entry replaces the two separate links. It's organized into sections — Sales holds the Goals Report Card, Staff Performance holds Revenue by Employee, and Legacy holds Package Performance and Franchise CCR — and you can star any report to pin it to Favorites. Old bookmarks open the matching section. See Salon Reports.

Five reports moved from Corporate Reports into Salon Reports. Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics now live in the Sales section, Revenue by Employee has its own Staff Performance section, and Gift Card Report and Lifetime Value of Member join Legacy. They're now open to any salon leader with reporting access on a reports-enabled location, not just corporate and admin users, and show only your own locations. Old Corporate Reports links redirect to the new ones.

The 7-Day Appointments tile on the Sales Dashboard now shows a day-by-day bar chart. The same seven small bars from the End of Day owner email's Booked Ahead card now sit in the tile under Salon Health, with tomorrow highlighted and two-letter weekday labels below each bar. Hover a bar to see that day's count; the bars always add up to the tile's headline number.

Call to Rebook campaigns can now match on a note tag. A corporate campaign (or a salon's own copy, where allowed) can list one or more note tags — short text like
#3weekrefill
— so it only matches guests whose most recent visit note contains one of them. This lets two campaigns that book the same appointment type, like a 3-week and a 4-week refill, stay in separate queues. A new Also include guests with no tag checkbox catches refills booked without a note; turn it on for one campaign per salon. See Note tags.

Lead sources are now named by how the person reached you, not by the tracking vendor. Wherever a lead's Source appears — the Lead Board, Lead Manager, lead details, CRM Reports and the Meta Ads channel breakdown — tracked calls now read Phone Call whether they came through CallRail or WhatConverts, website forms read Web Form, and Meta instant forms read Meta Lead Form. The Source filters offer a single Phone Call choice that covers both call-tracking services. See Lead sources & attribution.

Phone and tablet fixes across the app. Settings tabs, the client profile tabs and the campaign builder's top bar now scroll sideways instead of pushing the page off-screen; the Appointment Book's week view stacks each day into its own card on a phone; report summary tiles no longer run past their box on narrow screens; the Corporate Dashboard's month picker and system cards fit a phone screen; and the Send reset code button on the forgot-password page is visible again. Form fields on phones are sized so iOS no longer zooms in when you tap one. Buttons and tabs on the Lead Board, Corporate Dashboard and Settings are larger under a finger, the Budget vs Actual and Monthly Salon Metrics tables no longer trap the page scroll on a phone, and in Messages the Return key on a phone keyboard starts a new line instead of sending (use the Send button).

For corporate teams

Corporate admins now start on the Corporate Dashboard. Corporate admins can open the Corporate Dashboard — the franchise-wide view of sales, growth and leaderboards for the franchise systems they administer — and it is now the first page they see after signing in. It stays pinned at the top of the salon switcher; pick any salon there to go to that salon's Sales Dashboard, and Corporate Settings is one click away in the sidebar. Nothing changes for other corporate staff or salon users. See Franchise Performance.

New PE Group role for investors and PE partners. Under Settings → Corporate Settings → Corp Staff Management, Add corporate staff now asks for a role. Choose PE Group to give someone a sign-in that opens the Corporate Dashboard for the franchise systems you pick — and nothing else: no reports, no settings, no salon pages. A PE Group user needs an email that isn't used by any other staff login. See Roles.

Salon Performance by Agency joins Corporate Reports as a Beta report. Under Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta, corporate users can now open the per-location marketing month — lead forms, calls, Meta and Google spend, cost per lead, first-time visits and revenue by marketing agency and region — that was previously admin-only. Two changes to the numbers came with it: FTV now counts a client's first kept visit (a cancelled or no-show first appointment no longer counts), matching New Clients on Monthly Salon Metrics, and a new Attributed Visits column shows how many of those first visits followed a tracked lead. Both views, the shading and the Excel export include the new column. See Salon Performance by Agency.

Corporate admins can now manage each salon's marketing agency and region. A new Marketing Agencies tool under Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management lists every active salon with the agency currently in force and its start date. Change agency adds a dated assignment (default: today, back-datable), the row arrow opens the salon's History to review or correct earlier ones, and Region is edited right in the table. Salon Performance by Agency reads these dated assignments, so a change today never rewrites earlier months. See Marketing Agencies.

Fixes

Switching a member to a PLE membership now counts as an Upgrade. In the Sales Dashboard's Membership Management month-to-date breakdown, the Front Desk membership tiles and the End of Day owner email, a guest who moves from a traditional membership to the PLE (Purple Light) membership at the same tier — Classic to PLE Classic, for example — was being counted as a Renewal. It now counts as an Upgrade. A move to a PLE membership at a higher tier was already an upgrade, and a move to a lower tier is still a downgrade. See Membership Management.

Duplicate Appointments no longer lists lunch breaks and other blocked-off time. Salons that block time with a booking named like "Lunch 45 min" saw those blocks flagged as duplicate bookings on the Front Desk. Lunches, breaks, staff meetings, front-desk cover and PTO are now left out of the Duplicate Appointments and Missing Deposit checks whatever they're named.

Zenoti bookings that were deleted or removed from a visit no longer linger as active appointments. When a whole booking is deleted in Zenoti, or a single service is taken off a visit, the appointment now disappears from the Front Desk (Duplicate Appointments, the appointment book and booked-ahead counts) within moments, instead of remaining as an active appointment and raising false duplicate warnings. Services within one shared booking still count as a single visit. See Duplicate Appointments.

Frenchies salon-level % Rebook now matches Zenoti's Business KPI figure. The salon row on the Revenue by Employee report and the Sales Dashboard's Average Stylist Sales section now counts each guest once per visit day, the way Zenoti's center report does, instead of once per provider who served them. Salons where two providers often share a visit will see the salon figure rise by up to about a point; individual stylist rows are unchanged.

Turning off a corporate rebook campaign now hides it on the Front Desk. Switching a corporate campaign's Enabled toggle off under Salon Settings → Call to Rebook previously still left that campaign's guests in the Front Desk rebook list. It now drops off the Front Desk as soon as you disable it (Always On campaigns still can't be disabled).

Corporate staff who cover more than one franchise system can reach every salon in all of them. Previously the salon staff list and salon campaigns were blocked for salons in whichever system sorted second.

Picking a salon while the Corporate Dashboard is still loading no longer bounces you back to it. Corporate admins who chose a salon from the switcher before the dashboard finished building were pulled back to the Corporate Dashboard a few seconds later.

Corporate users no longer see a Draft Reports link they can't open. The link under Reports is for platform admins only again.

Hotfix, 2026-09-19

Report performance work promoted the same day, with no change to what the reports show beyond the notes below.

Systemwide loads in seconds. The Systemwide report (Salon Reports › Sales) previously took one to four minutes for a system-wide month-to-date run because it re-read every visit and retail line on each request. Those measures now come from a nightly-maintained daily summary, so the report returns in seconds with the same numbers. One small precision improvement: Retail Revenue is now summed exactly to the cent, where the previous calculation could round a large total by a few cents.

Lifetime Value of Member and Member Report load in seconds. Both reports read each client's lifetime visits, spend and refill history from a nightly-maintained per-client summary instead of recomputing it on every run. A system-wide Lifetime Value run that took three to five minutes now returns in seconds, and the report states the date its lifetime figures are as of (the previous night's refresh). Choosing an explicit as-of date still runs the full calculation.

Member Report: Status, Current Tier and Next AutoPay now follow the live membership. When a client held more than one membership record — a same-day switch or PLE upgrade, or a newer membership that was terminated while an older one kept billing — the report could show the terminated one as the current membership, depending on how the query ran. It now always shows the live membership (not terminated and not past its end date), then the latest to start. A corporate run across all locations also completes in one pass instead of one query per salon. See Member Report.

Systemwide Data lists active locations only. The report now reads each salon's account status and drops closed or cancelled locations for every brand, not just Zenoti salons as before. Inactive salons no longer appear as rows or consume Rev Rank positions. See Systemwide Data.

Fixes promoted and deployed the same day:

Service groups are fully editable by corporate. The Locked badge is gone from Franchise Management › Service Groups. Groups that were set up by the platform team can now be renamed, edited, or deleted by corporate users like any other group. The existing safeguards still apply: deleting a group a Rebook Campaign targets asks you to confirm, and renaming one updates the campaigns that point at it.

Rebook Campaigns must name what they target. A corporate campaign saved with no service groups and no appointment types used to fall back silently to a Lash Lounge group called "Extension Services", which never existed for other systems and matched nothing. The editor now asks you to pick at least one service group or appointment type before saving. Existing campaigns are unaffected.

Rebook Campaigns editor scrolls to the form. In Franchise Management and Admin, clicking Edit on a campaign card below the fold opened the form out of view, so the click looked like it did nothing. The page now scrolls the form (and any error banner) into view.

Hotfix, 2026-09-21

Systemwide Data shows your whole franchise system. Anyone who can open the report in Salon Reports → Sales now sees every active location in their own franchise system, ranked together, instead of only the locations they have access to. Access still never crosses franchise systems, and the other Salon Reports remain limited to your own locations. See Systemwide Data.

Member Report reads the period at its edges. Each member now appears once, even if they changed plans during the date range. Two new columns replace Membership at Time and Current Tier: Membership at Start (the plan held on the first day of the range; blank means they joined during it) and Membership at End (the plan on the last day; blank means the membership ended during it). Status is renamed Current Status and, like the autopay and Lifetime Sales columns, is as of today. Frenchies rows now show the plan name, which had been blank. The duplicate Location ID (same as Brand) and BarcodeID columns are gone; Client ID now shows the Zenoti guest code on Frenchies rows. See Member Report.

For corporate teams, the Gift Card Report shows how each card was paid for, and Systemwide Data shows members for past months. Nothing needs to be turned on.

What's in this release

For salons

Sales Dashboard tiles follow the date range you pick. When you choose Today, Current month, Rolling 30 or Rolling 60, every tile — Avg Sales Per Visit, Retail %, Total Visits, Rebooking % and Utilization — now updates to match, not just the sales bars. Each tile says which dates it covers. 7-Day Appointments always looks at the next seven days, and now tells you so. See Sales Dashboard.

An easier month picker for Goals. On the Sales Dashboard's Goals view and in Settings → Salon Settings → Goals, the month now shows by name with previous/next arrows and a month grid. If you sell memberships, looking back at an earlier month now grades your New memberships goal against that month's sales. See Reviewing a month that has finished.

New: Sales Reports, starting with the Goals Report Card. A new Sales Reports area under Reports is open to anyone with reporting access, so you can review your own location's goals without asking corporate. Its first report, the Goals Report Card (formerly Goal Attainment), shows your month-by-month performance vs your goals. It opens on the last 12 months, and you can pick any range up to 24 months. See Sales Reports.

Goals Report Card is simpler to read. It's now a single month-by-month grid: each month shows your actual with the goal underneath, and hovering a cell shows the exact numbers. Download and print buttons sit next to the location name. New memberships is now graded for past months too, so those months count toward your score. See Goals Report Card.

Lifetime value counts each dollar once. On a client's profile, in the client list, and in the Lifetime Value of Member report, lifetime value now counts what a client spent on services. Deposits, prepaid balances, retail, tips and tax no longer inflate it, so most clients will show a lower (more accurate) number than before. See Client 360 and Lifetime Value of Member.

DART Reports is now called Legacy Reports. Same reports, same access — just a new name in the sidebar. See Legacy Reports.

For corporate teams

Gift Card Report shows how each card was paid for. New columns split gift card sales into Cash / card, From account, By gift card, Comped and Other, plus Face value and Discount so promotions are easy to spot. % of Total now counts only cash and card sales, so comped cards no longer make it look higher than it is. Returned and $0 cards no longer count as purchases, and Members / Non-Members uses the same member count as Monthly Salon Metrics — so member share may differ from earlier runs. See Gift Card Report.

Systemwide Data shows members for past months. Total Members is now Active Members, counted the same way as Monthly Salon Metrics. Suspended and Retention % now fill in for past date ranges too. Suspended members are shown in their own column rather than included in the member count. See Systemwide Data.

Franchise Performance: budget variance for the month and the year to date as separate tiles. Year-to-date variance to budget now has its own tile instead of small print under the month-to-date tile. See Budget.

Cross-Center & Ownership is now called Ownership Groups. Same tool and access, under Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management. See Ownership Groups.

Hotfix, September 11, 2026

For corporate teams

Corporate admins can add Rebook Campaigns. In Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Rebook Campaigns & Service Groups, + Add Campaign creates a new Call to Rebook campaign for every salon in your system, using the same editor as Edit. You choose which fields salons can tune for themselves. To retire a campaign, deactivate it. See Rebook campaigns.

Add salons to an owner group from its card. In Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Ownership Groups, each owner group now has + Add salon: type an unassigned salon's name and pick it to add it to that group. The × on a salon's chip returns it to unassigned, and unassigned salons are listed under the groups. A salon has one owner at a time: to hand one to a new owner, remove it from its current group first. This replaces the Brands assignment table at the bottom of the page. The page now holds owner groups only. See Owner groups.

Fixes

Reporting access on its own now opens Legacy Reports and Sales Reports. A manager could be given Reporting portal access and still see no Reports in their sidebar, because those two areas quietly also required Studio admin access at the same location. They no longer do: the reporting permission at a location with Reports enabled is all it takes. Nothing changes for corporate and admin users, and what you can see is still limited to your own locations. If you have just been given the permission, sign out and back in for it to take effect. See Legacy Reports and Permissions.

Client Feedback loads again. The Client Feedback page, and the staff lists in formula-notes views, stopped loading after the September 10 update. Both work again.

Lifetime Value of Member no longer times out on large selections. Running it for your whole system (or any long date range across many salons) could stop with "Report timed out". It now keeps working until the report is ready, which can take a few minutes for every salon at once. See Lifetime Value of Member.

What's in this release

For salons

One Name field for staff. Add Staff and Edit Staff now have a single Name box, which is how the person appears everywhere in DART; the name from your booking system is shown read-only beneath it, as Name in booking system, when it differs (changing Name never renames the person in your booking system). The staff list, and the confirmation prompts when you remove a staff member or send a password reset, use that name instead of the raw point-of-sale label, so entries like "Michael J. | Owner" read as "Michael J.". Corporate staff forms already used one Name field; the platform-admin user form now asks for Name first, with an optional Display name. See Managing users.

For corporate teams

Frenchies: salon-wide Utilization and Service Revenue Per Hour now match Zenoti's Business-KPI report. On the Average Sales report and the Average Stylist Sales section, the salon row's Utilization counts service providers only (front-desk, manager and owner schedules no longer dilute it), and $ Service Revenue Per Hour divides the salon's service revenue by the providers' hands-on hours, the way Zenoti reports it. Per-employee rows are unchanged. Other franchise systems are unaffected. See Utilization.

Owner groups now managed by corporate admins. Cross-Center & Ownership has moved from the platform-admin Admin Tools to Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Cross-Center & Ownership, so corporate admins can map which salons each franchisee owns — the grouping behind the owner rows on Franchise Performance and Budget vs Actual — without a platform admin. The tool follows the page's Franchise system selector; the Brands table now shows each salon's name with the brand id underneath, and group chips show salon names instead of ids; the Admin Tools card and old bookmarks forward to the new location. See Ownership Groups and Franchise Management.

Franchise Performance: Location column. The franchisee table now keeps owner names and salon names apart: the Franchisee column names people only (a salon not yet in an owner group shows its contact name), and a new Location column carries the salon name, or the location count for an owner group. The CSV export gains the same column. The page's date, scope and basis controls now dock flush under the header when you scroll. See Franchise Performance.

Franchise Performance: rank locations or franchisees, never both. A Rank switch above the leaderboards (and on the table) chooses the grain. Locations ranks every salon on its own — the salon name leads and its franchisee is the caption — so top and bottom salon are one list. Franchisees ranks one row per owner — a franchisee owning several salons sums them, one owning a single salon is a one-location row — so a salon never competes as if it were a franchisee; only salons with no owner on record are left out (and counted). The CSV export carries the grain. See Franchise Performance.

This release rebuilds the nightly End of Day Owner Summary around the goals you already set, turns the utilization goal into a min and max so a fully booked salon is not graded as a win, lets your location add its own services to a corporate Call to Rebook campaign, and fixes the Forgot Password dead end for people who never finished setting up their account. Corporate teams get a more accurate suspended-member count, three new reports in validation, and two fixes to budget import. Nothing needs to be turned on.

The End of Day Owner Summary now reads against your goals

Every Mindbody salon's nightly summary email has a new layout. It is shorter, and every number is measured against the goals you set in Settings → Salon Settings → Goals.

A pace verdict up top. The email opens with one line: On pace, Behind pace, or Goal met for the month.

Progress bars on Today and Month-to-date sales, with the day's target and the amount you still need per day to hit goal.

Two comparisons, not one. Sales are shown against last month and against the same month last year, in dollars and percent.

KPIs graded against your targets. Average sale per visit (with the service and retail split), Retail %, Utilization and Rebooking % each show where you stand, not just the number. They now use the same definitions as the Sales Dashboard, so the email and the dashboard agree.

Tomorrow and the week ahead. A Tomorrow strip shows appointments on the books, autopays due to bill and tomorrow's target, followed by Booked Ahead for the next seven days, including how many of those were booked today.

Membership Pulse (active members, suspended members, autopays left this month) and Today's Top Performers.

Needs Attention triages what to look at first: new complaints, missing formula notes and booking shortfalls, each linking straight into the dashboard.

On the 1st of the month, the summary shows last month's final figures instead of an empty new month.

Salons that have not set goals still get the new layout, without the goal bars. Recipients do not change: anyone already receiving the summary keeps receiving it. Zenoti salons keep the current email for now.

Utilization goals are now a range

Utilization was the one goal where beating the number was not necessarily good news. At 50% stylists sit idle; at 90% you have no availability left and are turning guests away. One target could not say both.

Settings → Salon Settings → Goals now has a Utilization range with a Min and a Max (for example 50 and 82). Your existing target is kept as the min, so nothing changes until you add a max. Either box can be left blank.

Everywhere the goal is judged now grades both ends:

Sales Dashboard → Goals mode: the Utilization tile reads 50.0%–82.0% range with In range, Below target or Over capacity.

Goal Attainment report: a closed month above the max is marked ▲ Above range rather than ✓ Met, and counts as a miss.

End of Day Owner Summary: the Utilization card says In range, N pts short, or N pts over · turning business away.

Recommended targets: if a revenue goal would push utilization past your max, the capacity check says so before you apply it.

Call to Rebook: add your own services to a corporate campaign

Corporate campaigns used to let a salon change one thing: the day window. If your location sells a service the template does not list, the only way to catch those guests was a separate custom campaign.

In Settings → Salon Settings → Call to Rebook, Customize on a corporate campaign now shows an Additional service types picker. Pick any of your location's service groups or individual appointment types, and guests who had those services in the campaign's window are highlighted on the Front Desk alongside the template's own. Automated rebook texts on that campaign use the same widened list.

Two rules keep this safe: additions only ever widen a campaign (the template's services always stay included, listed under Template always includes), and additions are yours alone. Clear additions returns the campaign to exactly the corporate setup. The picker appears when your franchise has allowed it; it is on for The Lash Lounge templates.

See Call to Rebook.

Forgot Password works for accounts that never finished setup

If you were invited but never completed your first sign-in, Forgot Password used to send you a temporary password while the screen asked for a verification code, which was always rejected. It now recognises these accounts, tells you a temporary password was emailed, and points you back to the sign-in page, where you will be prompted to choose your own password. Accounts that have signed in before are unaffected and still receive a reset code.

The verification-code screen also gained a hint for anyone holding an older email: Received a temporary password instead of a code? Sign in with it. Admins resetting a password from staff settings now see which kind of email was sent.

Membership counts: a more accurate "suspended"

A paused membership now counts as Suspended only while the pause is live: it has an end date, the point of sale is still scheduling autopay for it, or it began in the last 180 days. A pause opened long ago and never closed counts as an expired membership instead. This moves Suspended and Active member counts slightly on the Sales Dashboard, the Front Desk and the Systemwide report, and it is the definition the new reports below use. See Members.

Frenchies: Average Sales matches Nail It

For Frenchies studios, the Average Sales report and dashboard now match Nail It's own staff figures for a closed period. The staff list shows only team members who provide services, the way Nail It's own report does, and revenue per hour is measured on serviced hours, which is Nail It's basis.

New reports in validation (platform admins only for now)

Three reports are available in Draft Reports while their numbers are validated. They are for The Lash Lounge (Mindbody) locations and are not yet visible to salon or corporate users; each will be announced here when it opens up.

Monthly Salon Metrics — one salon's calendar year on a single grid: revenue split into membership, non-member service and retail, last year and year-over-year, new clients and starter full sets, members and retention, visitors, retail share, revenue per stylist hour and per bed. Every quarter expands to its months and every month to its days.

Gift Card Report — each salon's gift card revenue against total revenue for a date range, with purchases, member vs non-member split and redemptions (tracked separately from the sale so nothing is double counted), plus interactive breakdowns by item, member status and date.

Lifetime Value of Member — every client's whole relationship with the salon, rolled up into the number that matters most: how much more a member is worth than a non-member, by first-visit year, spend band, membership status and recency, with a full export.

For corporate teams

Franchise Performance has moved out of Corporate Reports → Beta and back into Draft Reports while platform admins finish validating it; it now shows budget variance on every system as well as the combined view. Corporate bookmarks land on Draft Reports.

Budget import no longer crashes on preview. The review step shows one row per location and month, with coverage and unchanged rows called out, before you click Apply.

Franchise ID on Corporate Salon Settings now shows the format the budget importer matches on (for example TLL476, BCC031, FMN001), tidies the value when you save, and warns about a value that can never match a budget row.

Bishops Cuts / Color budgets are now keyed to each location the same way the salon list is, so per-location budget lines up in Budget vs Actual and Franchise Performance.

This release makes it easier to compare sales with budget, gives Frenchies studios a faster view of retail performance, and keeps an outdated declined payment from lingering on the front desk's worklist. No setup changes are required for most teams.

Reporting updates for corporate teams

Weekly PE Summary is easier to trust at a glance. Use the new As of picker to stop current sales, prior-year sales, and Pace on the same business day. The All Systems row now includes the report's budget totals, and the Pace view clearly separates the completed Budget to Date comparison from the Pace to Month End forecast.

Location filters now apply to both sides of the Weekly PE comparison. When you select only certain locations, Budget and Var to Budget cover those same locations. With no location filter, the full system plan still includes closed locations and planned openings.

Franchise Performance now shows Var to Budget. Choose one franchise system in Scope to see month-to-date and year-to-date variance in dollars and percent. A blank means the selected period is not fully budgeted; it never means the budget is zero.

Budget vs Actual now covers Bishops Cuts / Color and Frenchies as well as The Lash Lounge. Closed locations keep their own budget and actual sales in the comparison, while planned-opening budget is identified separately so it is not mistaken for an existing salon's result.

Corporate teams do not need to change their existing reports or workbooks. If a budget figure is blank, review whether the selected dates and locations are fully covered in Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → System Budget.

Frenchies retail at a glance

Frenchies studios now see retail dollars and Retail % together in one Retail Sales card on the Sales Dashboard. It shows the selected day's retail sales and the month-to-date or selected-range total, with month-over-month or year-over-year comparisons that follow the page controls. No action is needed.

A more accurate Declined Autopays list

When the booking system deletes or replaces a scheduled charge, its outdated failure is now removed from Declined Autopays. Genuine unresolved declines remain, helping the front desk focus on clients who still need follow-up. No action is needed.

DART Reports navigation

DART Reports now appears in the sidebar only when a The Lash Lounge location is selected, matching the reports currently available in that area. Frenchies and Bishops users no longer see a link to reports that have not launched for their systems. Corporate and admin users with access to The Lash Lounge can select a Lash Lounge location to open the current reports. No permission changes are needed.
